Longtime Delaware assistant and University of Delaware Athletics Hall of Famer Irv "Coach Whiz" Wisiniewski passed away Wednesday at age 89. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family. 

Miami Dolphins: The club announced Saturday that John Benton has been promoted to offensive line coach. He came aboard in January as assistant offensive line coach. 

UC Davis (FCS): The Aggies have hired three assistants to replace the trio that followed Jeff Tedford to Tampa Bay. Paul Creighton will leave the Colorado State-Pueblo staff to coach tight ends. Former Utah offensive line coach Dan Finn will take the same position and Fresno Hoover High School wide receivers coach (and former Aggie wide receiver) Anthony Soto is the new offensive quality control coach.

Arizona State: Per source, Washington State GA Ray Brown is leaving to be a GA at Arizona State. 

Bethany College (D-III - WV): Bethany College is seeking qualified applicants for one internship level assistant football coach. Positions will report to the Head Football Coach and duties will include coaching, recruiting, and fundraising. Additional duties may be assigned by the Head Coach or the Director of Athletics. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license, and playing experience at the collegiate level. Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience coaching at the collegiate or high school level. Experience coaching or playing defensive back is preferred. Knowledge of and adherence to Bethany, NCAA Division III, and Presidents’ Athletic Conference rules and regulations are also required. The start date for this position is immediate. Employment will continue through the end of the academic year with the possibility of rehire for the following year. Compensation includes stipend, room, board and a graduate school tuition waiver into Bethany’s Master of Arts in Teaching program. Fresno State: Sources tell us Marcus Woodson, formerly of Charleston Southern, is the new defensive backs coach at Fresno State. 

Delaware State (FCS): Former North Carolina Central offensive line coach Rod Milstead has accepted an offer to coach the offensive line at Delaware State. Milstead is a Delaware State graduate and played eight seasons in the NFL. 

MidAmerica Nazarena (NAIA - KS): Bruce Pielstick has accepted an offer to be the offensive coordinator at MidAmerica Nazarene. He had previously been the offensive coordinator at Sac State. 

Bryant (FCS - RI): Columbia offensive line coach Ed Argast has joined the Bryant staff, but Ron Tyner remains the offensive line coach. 

Oregon: Oregon released updated information on its staff salaries on Friday. They are - head coach Mark Helfrich, $1.8 million; defensive line coach Ron Aiken, $500,000; defensive coordinator Don Pellum, $500,000; offensive line coach Steve Greatwood, $379,250; offensive coordinator Scott Frost, $367,584; special teams/tight ends coach Tom Osborne, $367,584; wide receivers coach Matt Lubick, $325,000; defensive backs coach John Neal, $325,0000; running backs coach Gary Campbell, $300,000 and inside linebackers coach Erik Chinander, $275,000.
