McNeese State: Longtime running backs coach Carlos McGee is retiring. Head coach Matt Viator says he's still in the process of determining who will fill the slot. 

Alcorn State: The four finalists for the head coaching position are current interim coach Todd McDaniel, former Memphis defensive coordinator Jay Hopson, former Kentucky State head coach Fred Farrier and Northern Colorado (and former Alcorn) offensive coordinator Michael Armour.
