Utah: Norm Chow is officially the new offensive coordinator at Utah.

Tampa Bay: Our sources tell us USC defensive assistant Tyrone Pettaway has accepted the defensive quality control job with the Bucs.

Miami Dolphins: General manager Jeff Ireland has signed a multi-year contract extension.

Gardner-Webb: We hear Ron Dickerson Jr may have accepted the Gardner-Webb head coaching job. We have not confirmed this information yet.

Buffalo Bills: Dave Wannstedt accepted the linebackers under Chan Gailey at Buffalo.

Arkansas State: We hear USC defensive quality control Chris Kiffin has talked with Hugh Freeze about the linebackers job at Arkansas State.

UCLA: Sources close to the program tell FootballScoop that Rick Neuheisel has his man and will announce the final piece of his offensive staff shortly after signing day. Mike Johnson will be on the staff, but contrary to reports, our source tells us that Johnson will not be “running the offense.” We’ll have the full details after signing day.

New Hampshire: Former Dartmouth head coach John Lyons accepted the defensive coordinator position at New Hampshire.

Prairie View A&M: We have learned that Bethune-Cookman offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach Mark Orlando accepted the same position at Prairie View A&M.

Carolina Panthers: Mike Shula has left the Jacksonville Jaguars' organization to accept the quarterbacks job with the Panthers.

St. Paul's College (VA): Kevin Grisby had the "interim" title removed and is now the head football coach at St. Paul's College.
