LSU: We hear former Redemptorist High School head coach Aaron Vice will likely join LSU's staff as an offensive grad assistant.

Alcorn State: Sources telling us that Alcorn plans to hire Michael Armour, offensive coordinator at Northern Colorado, as their new head coach. Armour coached at Alcorn from 2008-2010, serving as offensive coordinator in 2010.

Search Firm Fees: A couple of notes we saw this morning...the fee paid to Bill Carr's firm for UAB's head coaching search when Garrick McGee was hired was $23,000. Ole Miss paid Bob Beaudine's firm $60,000 in connection with the search that landed Hugh Freeze and Memphis paid Beaudine's firm the same $60,000 for the search that ended with Justin Fuente being hired. Those aren't anywhere near the $250,000 that Colorado State paid to the firm of Spencer Stuart in connection with their search which ended with the hiring of Jim McElwain. That fee is a tough one to understand.

Take a look at how Nebraska is using iPads at practice (to film & to teach)

Anna Maria College (D-III - MA): Head coach Marc Klaiman has been released. Klaiman was the inaugural coach at Anna Maria and the team won their first two games ever at the end of this season.
