Temple: A source tells FootballScoop SMU defensive line coach Brett Diersen has accepted a position on Temple's staff. Pony Stampede reports Diersen will be Temple's special teams coordinator.

Louisiana-Lafayette: Lee De Leon has joined the Cajuns as executive director of the Ragin' Cajuns Athletic Foundation. De Leon currently holds a similar post at Purdue and was previously the AD at Abilene Christian (FCS - TX).

Minnesota: Steven Ruzic has joined the staff as director of recruiting communications, per source. Ruzic worked most recently at Ole Miss and has worked at Chattanooga and Valdosta State previously.

Chadron State College (D-II - NE): Chadron State College has an immediate opening for a Coaching Assistant (GA or Restricted Earnings) on the offensive side of the ball. This person will be responsible for coaching a position; running meetings; assist in game planning, film analysis and breakdown (HUDL), recruiting; and other duties assigned by the Head Coach or Coordinator. The position pay is approximately $15,000 to $20,000 over 10 months. You must pass a background check. Susquehanna (D-III - PA): Susquehanna University seeks an assistant football coach (QB or OL). Preferred candidates will have prior experience playing or coaching. Candidates will be responsible for coaching their own position group, on the road recruiting in a specific area, film editing/breakdown (HUDL), and all other duties assigned by the head football coach. A Bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license is required. Salary will be $12,000 and includes medical benefits and some meals. No housing. This is a 10-month position. Anderson (D-III - IN): Anderson University, a Christian university, is looking to fill the position of assistant coach/intern (DL) for a 10-month appointment. Responsibilities include coaching, recruitment and retention of academically qualified student-athletes. Applicant must commit to the AU mission and Christian lifestyle. Shorter (D-II - GA): Per source, Austin Cochran has joined the staff in a quality control role.

Stonehill (D-II - MA): Stonehill College is seeking applicants for a volunteer defensive assistant coach. Responsibilities will include assisting with a position group, film breakdown (HUDL) other duties assigned by the Head Coach. This is strictly a volunteer position with no salary, housing, or health benefits attached. Local candidates encouraged to apply. Ohio Dominican (D-II): Ohio Dominican University Football is looking for a Graphic Design Intern / Video Coordinator. This position is UNPAID. You must have experience with DVSPORT and HUDL as well as making graphic designs. You will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and managing a team of student assistants. Manchester (D-III - IN): Manchester University is looking to hire a part time seasonal coach for the 2019 season. The position will be working with offensive skill. Required coaching responsibilities include on field coaching, meetings, installation, and other assigned duties by head coach and offensive coordinator. Position pay is up to $3,000 dollars for work from August 1st until November 19th. This position does not include housing, meals, or benefits. Preference is given to local candidates who have the ability to make all required practices, meetings, and games. Qualified candidates must be able to pass a university background check. Houston Baptist (FCS): Houston Baptist University, an FCS program that competes in the Southland Conference, is seeking to add a volunteer Quality Control position on special teams. Ideal candidates will have a burning passion for football along with a relentless work ethic, and a desire to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into the college football profession. This position has no stipend, housing, or meals attached to it. Responsibilities are, but not limited to: opponent film breakdown, assisting with notebooks, reports, and game week preparation. Candidates should be adept at learning new technology, in addition to being proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Hudl. Southwestern Oklahoma State (D-II): Ruzell McCoy, a former All-American linebacker for the program, is joining the staff as defensive line coach. McCoy has previously coached at Highland CC (JC - KS), Coffeyville CC (JC - KS), McPherson College (NAIA - KS), and Ellsworth CC (JC - IA).

Georgia: Former Georgia All-American linebacker Jarvis Jones has been added to the staff as a defensive student assistant. Also, JT Dooley, (the grandson of legendary coach Vince Dooley) is listed as an offensive student assistant.

Western New England (D-III – MA): Western New England University is seeking applicants for a volunteer assistant coach, working with the running backs. Responsibilities will include coaching position group, running position meetings, and other duties assigned by the Head Coach. This is strictly a volunteer position. Saint Vincent (D-III - PA): Saint Vincent College seeks a part-time assistant football coach. Tight end experience preferable. This coach will be responsible for coaching their position, film-breakdown (HUDL), scouting reports, recruiting, and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach. Requirements are prior experience coaching or playing defensive line, and the ability to pass a background check.
