FAU: Sources tell FootballScoop that NC State assistant director of player personnel Landan Salem is leaving to become the director of player personnel for Lane Kiffin's staff at FAU.

The NCAA's Football Rules Committee recommended three minor changes on Friday.

Greensboro Colege (D-III - NC): Greensboro College is looking for an offensive line coach. This is an intern position that includes housing, meals, and a small stipend. Responsibilities will include, coaching the offensive line, film breakdown, game planning, recruiting, and other responsibilities designated by the offensive coordinator and head coach. San Diego Mesa (JC - CA): Kaefer Clegg has been named defensive line coach, per source. Clegg was previously the defensive line coach at Howard Payne University (D-III - TX).

University of Rochester (D-III - NY): Per source, offensive coordinator Corey Ciciloni will add offensive line duties, Connor Johnson will move from defensive backs to quarterbacks, Brockport (D-III - NY) defensive backs coach Ross Ragonesi has been hired to coach the defensive backs. Also, Utica (D-III - NY) defensive graduate assistant Jerrod Clowes has been hired to coach the linebackers and Jacob Lees will continue as defensive coordinator / defensive line coach.

ESPN: Sideline reporter Kaylee Hartung is leaving the network to join CNN, according to The Big Lead.

Dallas Cowboys: According to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, the organization is working on extensions for offensive coordinator Scott Lineham and defensive coordinator Rod Marinelli.

Ohio Dominican (D-II): Defensive coordinator Harlen Jacobs will not return, per source.

Alabama: Nick Perry, a former safety for the Crimson Tide, is joining the program as a defensive graduate assistant and will work with the defensive backs.

FAU: Per source, former Florida A&M (FCS) wide receivers coach DJ McCarthy has agreed to join the FAU staff as director of player development.

Valdosta State (D-II): Per source, Westminister Academy HS (FL) head coach Willie Tillman will be the new defensive line coach for the Blazers program.

Iowa State: Former Iowa State director of high school relations / assistant director of scouting Mitchell Moore has accepted the head coaching job at Greene County HS (IA).

Indiana: Mike Hart has been formally announced as the Hoosiers new running backs coach.

Tennessee State (FCS): Garry Fisher, the former linebackers coach and special teams co-coordinator at Western Illinois (FCS), has joined the staff as defensive coordinator. Prior to WIU, Fisher spent seven seasons at Eastern Kentucky (FCS) and has previous college coaching stops at Bowling Green, Utah, Kentucky State, Shenandoah, and Heidelberg.

Benedictine (NAIA - KS): Per source, Bishop DuBourg (St. Louis, MO) head coach Brian Simmons is leaving to become the defensive backs coach at Benedictine.

Penn State: Former Rutgers tight ends coach/special teams coordinator and Tampa Bay Bucs assistant Phil Galiano will join the staff as a consultant according to Bruce Feldman.

Seattle Seahawks: Heath Farwell has been promoted from a coaching assistant to assistant special teams coach, and Tom Donatell has joined the staff in a defensive quality control assistant role. Donatell spent last season as a graduate assistant on staff at UCLA.

FAU: Monte Kiffin is leaving the Jaguars to join his sons Lane and Chris (defensive coordinator) at FAU in a role to be determined, according to Alex Marvez. Monte spent last season as a defensive assistant with the Jaguars, and at 77 years old, has spent 26 seasons coaching in the NFL and his college stops include working with Lane at Tennessee and Southern Cal.

Azusa Pacific (D-II - CA): Per source, Azusa Pacific has hired Richard Brown as wide receivers coach. Brown previously coached wide receivers at Occidental College. We understand that Justin Riddle, who coached the wide receivers last season, will remain on staff as the Director of Recruiting and Football Operations.

Utica (D-III - NY): Rochester (D-III - NY) offensive line coach Ryan Wilson has been hired to coach the offensive line at Utica.

West Virginia: Dan Gerberry, an offensive graduate assistant at Pitt, has joined Dana Holgorsen's staff as an analyst. Gerberry was previously a graduate assistant on the Mountaineers staff prior to joining the Pitt staff going into last fall.
