Dallas Cowboys: Jerry Jones reiterated his confidence in head coach Jason Garrett today during a radio appearance on 105.3 The Fan, stating that despite frustration from the fan base that Garrett is "absolutely the real deal," and "is an asset that I think will get us to where we want to go, and that's a championship."

Pac-12: Commissioner Larry Scott has addressed the league's officiating scandal.

Minnesota: Minnesota's board of regents voted Thursday to approve a 3-year contract extension for AD Mark Coyle. The financial terms remain largely the same, keeping salary and incentives close to $1 million a year.
