Oklahoma State: Sources tell FootballScoop Southern Miss receivers / special teams coordinator John Wozniak will be the new running backs coach at Oklahoma State. Lauren Rew out of Oklahoma also reported the same.

Iowa: Multiple reports state NDSU offensive coordinator Tim Polasek will join the Iowa staff as an assistant.

Colorado: An announced extension for Mike MacIntyre is on hold as the CU board investigates his promotion of an accused domestic abuser.

Illinois: Per source, former NFL defensive back Donnie Abraham will be the new safeties coach at Illinois. A former Lovie Smith player with the Bucs, Abraham is currently the defensive coordinator at IMG Academy.

Kansas City Chiefs: Brad Childress is now the Chiefs' assistant head coach and Mark Nagy the offensive coordinator.

Hamline (D-III - MN): Per source, offensive line coach / recruiting coordinator Brian Sheehan has been promoted to assistant head coach and offensive coordinator.

San Francisco 49ers: Falcons assistant Mike McDaniel has officially joined the Niners staff with the title of run game specialist. Also, former Jags linebackers coach Robert Saleh, who previously joined the Chargers staff, is expected be the team's defensive coordinator, per Adam Caplan.

Scoop Him Up: Current Director of the Parisi Speed School in Cornelius, North Carolina, John Jakubik is looking for an opportunity to get back into the coaching industry. A former Wide Receiver at Michigan State (2011-14), Jakubik coached at Missouri Western State University during the 2015 season. While there he was responsible for coaching the Wide Receivers, opponent film breakdown, self-scout film, and organization of team study hall. Jakubik currently presides in Cornelius, North Carolina working at Champions Sports Performance, where he trains both adults and kids with the vision of not only bettering their physical physique, but more importantly their confidence and mental fortitude. He is also responsible for the recruitment of new clientele as well as heading up operations within the facility. Atlanta Falcons: Sources tell FootballScoop Georgia State defensive line coach and former Buford (GA) High School head coach Jess Simpson will join Dan Quinn's staff in Atlanta.

Michigan: The Kings Academy (CA) head coach Michael Johnson has resigned to join Jim Harbaugh's staff at Michigan. Johnson has both NFL and college experience, including serving as the offensive coordinator with the 49ers in 2010 (the year before Harbaugh took over the 49ers organization)

Alabama: Brian Daboll is expected to interview for the Alabama offensive coordinator job, according to Bruce Feldman. A former Saban graduate assistant at Michigan State, Daboll owns offensive coordinator experience with the Dolphins and Chiefs, and has served as the Patriots' tight ends coach for the past three seasons.

Trinity Bible College (NCCAA): Eric Slivoskey, who previously led the program from 2006-2009 before coaching in Europe for four seasons, has been introduced as the program's new head caoch.

Nebraska: Nebraska has formally announced the addition of former Notre Dame assistant Bob Elliott to the staff to coach the safeties.

Buffalo: The Bulls have now formally announced former Minnesota assistant Jim Zebrowski as quarterbacks coach. Andy Kotelnicki, as we reported, will move to running backs and retain his offensive coordinator title.

Kansas: Defensive line coach Michael Slate will not return, per a report from KUSports.com which adds that strength coach Je'Nay Jackson is leaving the coaching field for a job in the medical field. Sources tell FootballScoop the same.

McMurry (D-III - TX): McMurry University is seeking applicants for an offensive line coach. The position is a full time position with benefits and will assist the Head Football Coach in all aspects of the University’s intercollegiate football program. Individuals with previous experience coaching offensive line, recruiting, video breakdown, analysis and editing with hudl will be preferred. A Bachelor’s degree is required, Masters preferred. Wilmington (D-III - OH): Wilmington College has an opening for 2 defensive interns. $5,000 stipend, free housing & meal plan. Candidate must have experience coaching or playing in the secondary. Los Angeles Chargers: Source tells FootballScoop UTSA defensive line coach Eric Henderson is joining the Chargers staff as assistant defensive line coach. Prior to joining the staff at UTSA Henderson was on staff at Oklahoma State for the 2013-15 seasons working his way up from grad assistant to defensive quality control. The Chargers have also announced former Falcons defensive coordinator Richard Smith as linebackers coach.

Temple: Geoff Collins has announced the addition of Dave Gerson, as S.W.A.G Coordinator (Specialist With Advanced Graphics). Gerson will develop and showcase an array of graphic designs for social media use as part of his job duties. Gerson enters his seventh season with the Owls, and has previously served as a student assistant in video and spent last season as a graduate assistant in football operations and has prior experience in recruiting as well.

Washington Redskins: The Redskins have announced Cannon Matthews as a defensive quality control coach. Matthews has previously coached with the Bills, Titans and Browns.

Indiana State (FCS): Per source, Kevin Abrams is joining the Indiana State staff as special teams coordinator. Abrams spent the past two seasons as a graduate assistant at Vanderbilt and one season at the University of Buffalo. Prior to that, Abrams was a quality control coach at Illinois.

Eastern Kentucky (FCS): Eastern Kentucky University is seeking an unpaid quality control for special teams. This position is available to those aspiring to get into the coaching profession. This position is an off the field position with no housing, meals, or stipend. You will gain experience and knowledge in working with a Division I FCS football program. The person in this position will be responsible for assisting the coordinator with all aspects of special teams. You will also assist the recruiting coordinator with on campus activities, director of football operations, and other duties assigned by Head Coach and Director of Football Operations. Knowledge of video editing, strong communication and computer skills are preferred. Applicants will be required to successfully complete an interview. Southern (FCS - LA): Source tells FootballScoop former Georgia State staffer Reid Sanders is expected to join the Southern staff coaching the running backs.

Tennessee: Tennessee is expected to interview between three and five candidates for the AD position but leading names to replace the outgoing Dave Hart are Chattanooga AD and former Vols administrator David Blackburn and former UT head coach Phillip Fulmer, according to John Brice of GoVols247. Brice notes that Blackburn would likely hire Fulmer as his No. 2, but would not leave Chattanooga to become Fulmer's No. 2.

Kansas State: Head coach Bill Snyder has been diagnosed with throat cancer, which put him in the hospital over the weekend. More on the statement and what it means here.

Wyoming: Source tells FootballScoop, South Dakota State safeties coach Jake Dickert will join the Wyoming staff in the same capacity. Prior to joining the South Dakota State staff for the 2016 season, Dickert had served as defensive coordinator at Minnesota State - Mankato two seasons.

Samford: Source tells FootballScoop, Ohio University defensive grad assistant Jamael Lett will join the Samford staff as defensive backs coach.

Wake Forest: Source tells FootballScoop Dave Clawson has promoted offensive grad assistant Taylor Redd to director of recruiting.

South Carolina: Yesterday, per sources, we shared that Will Muschamp is hiring Matt Lindsey (formerly of Philadelphia Eagles & Alabama) as his new director of player personnel, with Robbie Liles moving to director of football operations.

Wade Phillips: According to Mike Klis of 9News, Phillips' departure from the Broncos was largely due to a contract dispute with the organization. After their Super Bowl 50 win, and dominant performance by the defense, Phillips wanted to be the highest paid defensive coordinator in the league "by a substantial margin" entering 2016 and John Elway declined, offering him instead either a raise or an extension. Phillips took the raise going into the final year of his deal with the Broncos. Gary Kubiak retired later on in the year due to health reasons, and Phillips landed on his feet on Sean McVay's staff with the LA Rams.

San Francisco 49ers: Longtime running backs coach Tom Rathman has announced that he will not be a part of Kyle Shanahan's staff, adding to the Sacramento Bee that the organization tried finding him another role within the organization but "There wasn't really anything that was really appealing in that regard." Rathman was part of the Niners staff from 1997-2002, and again from 2009-2016.

Chowan (D-II - NC): Chowan University is seeking applicants for an defensive line coach. This is a full-time (12-month) position that will report to the Head Football Coach and will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the University’s intercollegiate football program. Preferences include collegiate coaching experience (or other significant coaching experiences) working with defensive line, experience recruiting Southeastern states as well as video breakdown, analysis and editing with Hudl. Salaried position with benefits and retirement. Start date will be as soon as possible. Bachelor degree required, Masters preferred. Princeton (FCS - NJ): Per source, William and Mary (FCS - VA) corners coach Marvin Clecidor will be the new defensive backs coach at Princeton.

RPI (D-III - NY):RPI is looking to fill a few open dates in 2018, 2019, and 2020. In 2018, the program needs a game on 9/22/2018 and 9/29/2018. 2019 dates are Week #1 (9/7/2019), Week #4 (9/28/2019) & Week #5 (10/5/2019).
