Southern Utah (FCS): Head coach Demario Warren has signed an extension through the 2022 season. Warren is 15-8 in two seasons as head coach, winning co-Big Sky Coach of the Year this season.

Akron: Associate head coach Chuck Amato has announced his retirement. Amato, 71, was was a longtime Florida State assistant and the head coach at NC State from 2000-06.
Carthage College (D-III - WI): Carthage College is seeking applicants for a Restricted Earnings assistant coach on defense. Experience on the defensive side of the ball is a must, but position flexibility exists. Looking for the best available candidate. Must have collegiate playing or coaching experience. Enthusiasm for coaching, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are imperative. The successful candidate will coach his own position and have his own recruiting area. Urbana (D-II - OH): Urbana University has an immediate need for an entry level, part-time (up to 20 hours per week) Assistant Football Coach. The position will be responsible for coaching either Linebackers or Defensive Backs, video editing using HUDL, recruiting, assisting with the strength and conditioning program, and other duties as assigned by the head coach. Prior college playing experience and/or experience coaching high school football would be a plus in this position. Start date as soon as possible. Ohio State: We are told Texas State co-offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach Parker Fleming will return to the Ohio State staff. Fleming previously worked with the offense and special teams at Ohio State before leaving in 2014 to be the wide receivers coach and special teams coordinator at James Madison.
Texas State: Former Mississippi State quarterbacks coach Brett Elliott will join the staff as quarterbacks coach, sources tell FootballScoop.
VMI (FCS): Former Northern Arizona offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach Brian Sheppard will come aboard in the same role, and former Howard assistant Jeff SeJour will join the staff as outside linebackers coach, sources tell FootballScoop.

Oregon: Baylor associate director of player personnel Thomas Arends will return to Eugene as player personnel director, according to Justin Hopkins of Scoop Duck. Arends was the director of recruiting operations and high school relations at Oregon under Chip Kelly.

LSU: Donovan Jackson, a former offensive line coach/run game coordinator at Savannah State and most recently offensive line intern for the Los Angeles Chargers, has been hired as an offensive analyst working with the offensive line, a source tells FootballScoop.
