USC: USC has announced former Michigan offensive coordinator Tim Drevno as running backs coach and run game/pass protection coordinator.

Oregon: Tenth assistant Alex Mirabal has signed a 2-year contract that will pay him $300,000 a year, according to contract records obtained by Andrew Grief of The Oregonian. Mario Cristobal's 10-man staff will earn a sum of $5.345 million in 2018, and $7.845 million including Cristobal's salary.

Case Western Reserve (D-III - OH): Case Western Reserve University has an immediate opening for a receiver coach. The position is part time and can pay up to $5,000 for the 2018 season. Participation in Spring practice would be preferred but not mandatory. If interested send resume, cover letter and references to gdd@case.edu.

West Georgia (D-II): James Dorman will coach the linebackers and serve as special teams coordinator after previously coaching at Fairmont State (D-II - WV) and Kynjee Cotton will coach the defensive line after serving as a quality control assistant at North Carolina the past two seasons, per the Times-Georgian.

Loras (D-III - IA): Loras College has hired former Western Illinois (FCS) corners coach Nick Brautigam as the new special teams coordinator / offensive assistant.

Itawamba CC (JC - MS): Itawamba Community College has an immediate opening for WR coach / Video Coordinator. The position will be responsible for coaching the WR’s, recruiting, special teams, and video coordinator duties. Applicants must have a working knowledge of HUDL. Anderson (D-III - IN): Anderson University is looking to fill a restricted earnings (74% FTE temporary academic year position, not eligible for benefits) position on the defensive side of the ball and requires linebacker experience. Responsibilities include coaching, recruitment and retention of academically qualified student-athletes along with other duties assigned by the head coach. TCU: Gary Patterson spoke (briefly) on the lawsuit brought by a former player accusing him of improper treatment.

Independence CC (JC - KS): Per source, Chris Clevenger has accepted the Special Teams Coordinator position at Independence CC. Clevenger previously served in a graduate assistant role at North Texas.

Philadelphia Eagles: North Carolina wide receivers coach / co-offensive coordinator / recruiting coordinator Gunter Brewer is leaving the staff to become the new wide receivers coach with the Eagles, according to Inside Carolina. Brewer has spent the past six seasons on Larry Fedora's staff at UNC, originally as the wide receivers coach in 2012 before adding the co-offensive coordinator title in 2014, and also previously coached at Oklahoma State (co-OC and wide receivers coach), and has previously mentored the wide receivers at Marshall, ETSU, Ole Miss, and Wake Forest. Fort Lewis (D-II - CO): Mac Alexander, the defensive backs coach at Colorado Mesa (D-II), is the new defensive coordinator at Fort Lewis, per source.

Colorado Mesa (D-II): Mike Donnelly, who coached the corners at Michigan Tech (D-II) last season, is now coaching the defensive backs at Colorado Mesa, source tells FootballScoop.

Idaho State (FCS): Former Adams State (D-II - CO) defensive coordinator Jay Staggs has been hired to coach the safeties.

Tennessee: Per source, Alabama special teams assistant analyst Carter Blount has accepted the special teams analyst position with the Vols.

Missouri Western State (D-II): Missouri Western State University invites applications for the position of assistant linebacker coach. Responsibilities include coaching the inside linebacker position and other specified duties directed by the head coach. Also, oversight of defensive game plans, recruiting quality student-athletes, monitoring academic performance, and performing other duties as assigned by the Head Coach. REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree and significant coaching experience. Some teaching will also be required. Preference will be given to those candidates who have earned a Master’s degree, have Division II coaching experience, and have knowledge of the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA). Official transcripts must be provided prior to hiring. Qualified applicants must submit a cover letter, resume (including contact information for three strong references), and official transcripts electronically to mwilliamson@missouriwestern.edu. NCAA proposes significant rule change to kickoff returns

Fort Lewis (D-II - CO): Per source, Brandon Crosby is the new offensive coordinator . quarterbacks coach. Crosby spent the 2017 season as an offensive graduate assistant at Nevada.

Stetson (FCS - FL): Stetson University is looking for applications for a full time, entry level assistant football coach responsible for coaching defensive backs and other collateral duties as assigned by the head coach. He must operate within the guidelines of an NCAA Division I non-scholarship football program and within the mission of the University and its philosophy of intercollegiate athletics. He will guide and actively encourage student-athletes to succeed academically, acquire a degree and represent the University with the highest integrity. The coach is also responsible for the recruitment of student-athletes, adhering to NCAA, Conference and University regulations with regard to recruiting, admission standards and eligibility, monitoring student-athlete academic progress, and assist in the establishment of effective media relations. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s Degree and previous college coaching and recruiting experience are preferred. Computer skills and working knowledge of social applications are a must as is knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations; proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, admissions and financial aid officers, fellow employees, program boosters, and the public. As this position requires operation of University vehicles and traveling for recruiting purposes, the possession and maintenance of a valid Florida driver's license and acceptable driving record is required. Presbyterian (FCS - SC): Tamyn Garrick, who most recently served in an offensive quality control role at The Citadel (FCS - SC), is the new quarterbacks coach at Presbyterian.

UT-Martin (FCS - TN): Offensive quality control / quarterbacks coach Tyler Rice has been promoted to full-time wide receivers coach, per source.

Slippery Rock (D-II - PA): Per source, Slippery Rock has named Joe Philips the defensive line coach, and Corey Brown as defensive backs coach. Philips is a former Slippery Rock player, and Brown played at Ohio State under Urban Meyer and Jim Tressel.
