Oregon State: AD Scott Barnes said he will not be "confined" by geography or a sitting head coach versus a coordinator in searching for Gary Andersen's replacement.

“I’ve been coaching 33 years and I’ve never had more fun than just now.”

Oregon State: Head coach Gary Andersen and Oregon State have parted ways. In making the move, Andersen has given up quite a lot of money & rights under his contract. Cory Hall will serve as interim head coach.

North Carolina: Larry Fedora told media today that he will assume a larger role in the offensive play calling moving forward. Offensive line coach Chris Kapilovic was promoted to offensive coordinator before the 2016 season, and wide receivers coach Gunter Brewer holds the title of co-offensive coordinator, and quarterbacks coach Kevin Heckendorf is the passing game coordinator.

Florida State: Asked about the job security of defensive coordinator Charles Kelly after the Seminoles 1-3 start to the season and most recent loss to Miami Saturday, Jimbo Fisher told reporters today, "I have extreme confidence in Charles. We'll continue with him as our coordinator."

Oklahoma: Asked about potential defensive staff changes today, Lincoln Riley said, "That's not on the table. We've got a really good defensive staff."

Miami Dolphins: Offensive line coach / run game coordinator Chris Foerster has resigned, the team has announced. Foerster released a statement saying in part that he "accepts full responsibility," and that his focus is getting the help he needs with the support of his family and medical professionals. The Dolphins organization adds that even though Foerster is no longer with the team, they will work to help get him the help he needs.

Miami Dolphins: The Dolphins noted late last night that they are "aware" of a video that surfaced over the weekend that allegedly shows offensive line coach / run game coordinator Chris Foerster snorting a white powdered substance, according to USA Today. Sports Illustrated tweeted the video publicly. The NSFW video is available here. Prior to joining Adam Gase' staff in Miami, Foerster had coached the offensive line for the 49ers, Redskins, Ravens, Colts, Bucs, Vikings, etc...

Nebraska: Over the weekend rumors were circulating that Nebraska was focusing their search on TCU AD Chris Del Conte. While that might or might not have been true, sources tell FootballScoop Del Conte isn't looking to leave Fort Worth for Lincoln, NE. However, word within the AD circles is that several sitting FBS ADs have signaled their interest in the position. Will update as more is clear...
