Baylor: Source tells FootballScoop Baylor receivers coach Frisman Jackson is expected to remain at Baylor after being offered a co-offensive coordinator position at Temple. Jackson had spent the 2015 & 16 seasons at Temple with Matt Rhule and at NIU with Rod Carey in 2012.

West Virginia: Neal Brown has hired Rafael Horton as assistant head coach for football strength & conditioning and Will Johnson as director of player and alumni relations. Horton follows Brown from Troy. The release says Horton will assist Mike Joseph whose title is head coach for football strength and conditioning. Johnson had served as a grad assistant on WVU's strength staff this past season.

Mississippi State: 247's Matt Prehm is reporting Oregon receivers coach Michael Johnson has accepted the receivers job at Mississippi State.

Georgia State: Northern Iowa defensive backs coach Aairon Savage is joining the Georgia State staff as corners coach source tells FootballScoop.

Virginia Tech: Jafar Williams, who coached the running backs at Maryland last season, has been announced as the new wide receivers coach.

LSU: New Orleans Saints offensive assistant Joe Brady will become the new passing game coordinator, Bruce Feldman tweets. We can confirm the hire.

Indiana State (FCS): Source tells FootballScoop Marcus Knight is expected to join the staff as running backs coach. Knight coached receivers the past two seasons at Central Michigan and has coaching experience at both Northern Michigan and Valparaiso.

Mississippi State: Sources tell FootballScoop Kyle Lane has been added to Joe Moorhead’s staff as the new director of football technology. Lane spent the last two seasons as Geoff Collins’ video coordinator at Temple.

Houston: Source tells FootballScoop Matt Ellerbrock, grad assistant at Arkansas State, has accepted a defensive grad assistant position on Dana Holgorsen's staff at Houston. >> See salary info for Dana's full-time assistants here.

Eastern Michigan: Indiana State running backs coach Sam Sewell is joining the EMU staff in the same capacity.

Northern Illinois: Buffalo offensive line coach Daryl Agpalsa is joining Thomas Hammock's staff at NIU. Agpalsa had coached offensive line for Lance Leipold at Buffalo and at Whitewater; and had previously served as a grad assistant at Minnesota where he worked with Hammock.

Georgia: New defensive backs coach Charlton Warren will make $600,000 per year in a three year deal reports Jake Rowe who adds Warren was set to earn $400,000 at Florida.

Austin Peay: Source tells FootballScoop Mark Powell will now coach linebackers and serve as defensive coordinator and Dominique Bowman has been promoted to co-defensive coordinator and will coach the entire secondary.

Washington Redskins: The Redskins have hired Packers tight ends coach Brian Angelichio in the same capacity.

Tennessee Titans: The Titans are hiring Vikings tight ends coach Todd Downing in the same capacity tweets Ian Rapoport.
