19 for 19: Back by popular demand, we're once again examining the most important assistant coaching hires of the 2019 season. First up are Louisville's Bryan Brown and North Carolina's Phil Longo.
Howard Payne (D-III - TX): Howard Payne University is looking to hire two Defensive Graduate Assistants to begin August 5th. Candidates must be hard-working, extremely motivated, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. The applicant must be accepted into graduate school with a college GPA of 3.0 or better. Job requirements include working with equipment, film breakdown, coaching a position group, and other duties as assigned by the head coach. Compensation package includes a 50% tuition waiver, stipend, and free on-campus housing. College playing or coaching experience is preferred. Illinois: Joe Price III has left the staff at Houston North Shore High School to join the staff as director of high school relations.
Minnesota-Crookston (D-II): The University of Minnesota-Crookston, an NCAA Division 2 School competing in the Northern Sun Conference, is taking applications for a defensive skill position. Lyon College (NAIA - AR): Lyon College located in Batesville, Ark., is seeking applications for a restricted earnings assistant defensive position coach. This position includes salary, benefits and meals. The successful candidate must have played or coached at the collegiate level. Start date is ASAP!
