Coastal Carolina: Last night, news broke that head coach Joe Moglia would be taking a medical leave and will miss the 2017 season.

Graceland (NAIA - IA): Former Avila (NAIA - MO) defensive coordinator Marc Wilson has joined the staff as defensive line coach, per source.

Minnesota Crookston (D-II): Minnesota Crookston has announced that offensive line / running backs coach coach Dave Volk and quarterbacks / wide receivers coach Michael Orts will be co-offensive coordinators this fall. Volk will be the run game coordinator, and Orts will hold pass game coordinator responsibilities. Also, special teams coordinator Levi Bullerman, who also coached the defensive line, will take over as defensive coordinator heading into his fifth season on staff, safeties coach Tom Miller has been promoted to assistant head coach and will also serve as recruiting coordinator, and corners coach Sam Smith is taking over as special teams coordinator. Lastly, Derek Derr has been hired as tight ends coach and strength and conditioning coordinator after spending last year at Peru State (NAIA - NE) as the defensive coordinator.
