Connecticut: Reports emerged Friday night and Saturday morning that UConn is working to leave the American to rejoin the non-football Big East. What does this mean for the Huskies' football program?

VMI (FCS): Jacob Menard is joint the staff at Virginia Military Institute as a defensive intern after previously serving on the staffs of Shepherd University (WV) and Saint James School (MD).

UT-Permian Basin (D-II): The University of Texas-Permian Basin is seeking a full-time assistant defensive backs coach, serving as the defensive pass game coordinator. Please apply online here.

Navarro College (JC - TX): Navarro College is looking to hire a defensive intern. The best candidates will be hired. The position is UNPAID. The intern position does provide housing and a meal plan. The defensive intern will assist in game planning, coaching a position and all other tasks given by the Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator. Minnesota-Crookston (D-II): The University of Minnesota-Crookston a NCAA Division 2 School competing in the Northern Sun Conference and located in Crookston, MN is taking applications for an offensive skill position. Compensation is $26,000 and benefits. Job requirements include: Coaching an offensive skill position, recruiting, and other duties as assigned by the head coach. Waynesburg (D-III - PA): Waynesburg University is immediately accepting applications for a Part-Time Volunteer coach. Responsibilities include assisting with a position, including meetings. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: film breakdown, data entry, recruiting, assisting with game preparation and other duties assigned by the head coach. Needs to be capable of learning the functions with Hudl, Excel, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Power Point. Position will report to Head Football Coach. This is an entry level position. This position is directed towards someone who is trying to begin a career in the coaching profession. This position will provide valuable experience and references for future opportunities.
