Minnesota: PJ Fleck has announced a few new titles and additions to his staff. Running backs coach Kenni Burns has added title of assistant head coach, offensive line coach Brian Callahan has added the run game coordinator title, and wide receivers coach Matt Simon has added the passing game coordinator title. Also, Desmond Morgan (special teams quality control), Dustin Krause (defensive GA), and Jacob Niedermann (assistant strength and conditioning) have also joined the staff. Morgan was a graduate assistant at Maryland last season, Krause was with the program in a volunteer capacity last season, and Niedermann had prior stops at Elon and Harvard.

Black Hills State (D-II - SD): Source tells FootballScoop that Boise State offensive graduate assistant Mitch Dahlen now the offensive coordinator at Black Hills State. Dahlen worked with the wide receivers while at Boise State.

Cincinnati BengalsThe Bengals are hiring former Bucs defensive coordinator Mark Duffner as a senior defensive assistant, per Albert Breer. In addition to serving as the Bengals defensive coordinator under Dick LeBeau in the early 2000s, Duffner previously served as head coach at Maryland and Holy Cross and has been an NFL assistant or coordinator since 1997.

Eastern Oregon (NAIA): Per source, Boise State defensive special assistant Matt Coombs has joined the staff as defensive coordinator. Coombs assisted with the defensive backs at Boise State.

Charlotte: Oregon graduate assistant Cody Woodiel has been announced as the final member of Will Healy's staff at Charlotte. See Will Healy's full staff via the #StaffTracker.

Pitt: Per source, Lake Erie (D-II - OH) defensive coordinator Phil DeCapito has accepted a defensive quality control position on the Pitt staff. DeCapito previously spent three seasons at Pitt at a graduate assistant and one season as a graduate assistant at Memphis.

Louisville: Per source, Pitt director of recruiting Reed Case is expected to join the Louisville staff in a similar role, although nothing is official at this point. Reed has previous stops at Mississippi State and Texas priorr to joining the Pitt staff.

Tampa Bay (XFL): Rick Stroud tweets that one name to keep in mind as head coach of the Tampa Bay XFL franchise is former Chicago Bears head coach Marc Trestman. Trestman recently coached the Toronto Argonauts in Canada.

East Stroudsburg (D-II - PA): Per source, Dennis Long, who graduated from ESU in 2017 and coached at Sayreville HS (PA) this past fall, has joined the staff as special teams coordinator.

Northwestern College (NAIA - IA): Northwestern College is seeking applicants for two graduate assistant positions – one on offense and one on defense. One position will also serve as throws coach for track & field. These positions are a 10-month appointments (August to May) and are renewable for up to 3 years. Positions will report to the head football coach and will be responsible for coaching the position group, recruiting, and assisting the head coach in all areas of the program. Positions may include tuition if candidate has an undergraduate background in education, stipend, housing and meal plan. Lake Forest (D-III - IL): Source tells FootballScoop that Jim Kiernan, former offensive coordinator at Concordia Chicago (D-III - IL) and former head coach at Gannon University (D-II - PA), has been named quarterbacks coach at Lake Forest.

Shorter (D-II - GA): Shorter University is looking to fill a Defensive Backs Graduate Assistant position. Previous playing, or coaching experience at the position preferred, but all candidates will be considered. Candidates must have at least a 2.5gpa in undergraduate school to be considered. Shorter University is looking to fill the position as soon as possible, and review of all candidates will begin immediately.
