Oakland Raiders: The Raiders are expected to overhaul their personnel department with the draft now complete, according to Alex Marvez of the Sporting News. Player personnel director Joey Clinkscales is expected to move on, with the club adding a new personnel executive coming in to replace him.

Alliance of American Football: Tim Ruskell and Billy Devaney will join the AAF as general mangers overseeing the Orlando and Atlanta teams, according to Alex Marvez of the Sporting News. Ruskell was team president for personnel of the Seattle Seahawks during the club's first Super Bowl run in 2005 and now works as a scout for the Titans. Devaney was the St. Louis Rams' GM from 2009-11 and most recently was player personnel director under Mike Riley at Nebraska.

Western Kentucky: Former Hilltopper and current GA Kenny Martin has been promoted to defensive tackles coach. He fills a role vacated by offensive line coach Geoff Dartt, who returned home to Ohio for personal reasons.
