St. Olaf (D-III - MN): James Kilian, who previously served as the offensive coordinator at the University of St. Thomas (D-III - MN) has been named head coach at St. Olaf.
Ole Miss: Multiple outlets are reporting that former Oregon offensive coordinator / wide receivers coach Matt Lubick is joining the staff and will coach the receivers. We can confirm the hire.
Houston: Major Applewhite has added the following folks to his staff, per multiple reports: Clay Jennings (co-DC / secondary), James Casey (TEs), AJ Blum (DL), Nelly Gonzalez (director of internal operations), and Marcus Tubbs (assistant athletic director of football ops).
Arizona Cardinals: Amid rumors he was considering retirement, Bruce Arians, 64, said Thursday he will return to the sidelines in 2017. "I'll be back," he told ESPN.com. "I a'int going nowhere."

Bemidji State (D-II - MN): Per source, Buffalo offensive graduate assistant Ryan Olson will be joining the staff as offensive line coach. Olson worked with the offensive line at Buffalo.
Lamar (FCS - TX): Sources tell FootballScoop former Texas State offensive coordinator Mike Schultz will be the new head coach at Lamar. A Sam Houston State graduate and Houston native, Schultz has made a number of stops around the state, including at Texas, UTEP and a decade-plus stint at Gary Patterson's offensive coordinator at TCU.
UC Davis (FCS): Cha'pelle Brown, who coached the secondary at Northern Arizona (FCS) the past two seasons, is joining the staff as defensive backs coach, per source.
Abilene Christian (FCS - TX): Per source, Northwest Missouri State (D-II) running backs / tight ends coach Ryan Gent will join the ACU staff and coach the wide receivers.
Houston: TCU assistant director of football operations Nelly Gonzalez will join Major Applewhite's staff at Houston as director of internal football operations, per source.
Troy: Athletic director Jeremy McClain tells the Dothan Eagle that he plans to offer head coach Neal Brown and the staff contract extensions. Brown signed a four-year deal after being hired on December 1, 2014, with a mutual option for a fifth. Troy finished the season 9-3, their best season since 2009, and have a chance for a 10th win against Ohio tomorrow night in the Dollar General Bowl.
Harding (D-II - AR): Romas Roberson, a graduate assistant on staff, has been promoted to assistant defensive line coach.

Baylor: Tennessee Tech (FCS) corners coach Bobby Maffei is joining the Baylor staff as a defensive analyst, per source. Maffei is a former Temple defensive grad assistant under new Baylor head coach Matt Rhule.
Chabot College (JC - CA): Chabot College has an immediate opening for offensive coordinator. Must have’s for the position include: experience in game-planning, film breakdown (HUDL), organization of meetings, practice planning, the ability to immediately diagnose issues during a game, ability to make proper adjustments, enthusiasm & confidence. Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree is preferred. Preference will go to applicants who have intercollegiate coaching & recruiting experience at the JC level or to those with successful offensive coaching experience at the local high school level. Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population is highly preferred.
