NC State: FAU offensive line coach John Garrison has been hired to coach the Wolf Pack offensive line.

Appalachian State: Jeff Jones has joined Eli Drinkwitz's staff as director of sports performance. Jones has spent the past few years in the same role at Luther (D-III - IA) and prior to that was an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Auburn.

Georgia Tech: Geoff Collins has now announced the additions of Kerry Dixon as wide receivers coach and Lewis Caralla as strength and conditioning coach. Caralla previously served as the head strength coach at Buffalo this past season and is a finalist for the FootballScoop Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year award. Dixon coached the running backs at Toledo last year and coached the wide receivers at Florida prior to that, while Collins was the defensive coordinator for the Gators.

Lincoln Riley: For the umpteenth time this year, the OU head coach said Thursday he has no interest in the NFL at this time. “I can’t tell you how I’m gonna feel in 10 years, but no, not right now,” said Riley, via the New York Post. “If I wasn’t at one of the elite programs in the country, maybe, but no, I’m very happy where I’m at right now.

Harvard (FCS - MA): Harvard is currently looking to hire an offensive line coach. This position coach will work closely with the head coach and staff, with primary responsibilities being on the field coaching, and national recruitment of academically qualified student-athletes. As a full-time 12 month, benefits eligible role, the successful candidate will have a bachelors degree, at least five years Division One intercollegiate coaching experience, with demonstrated success as a coach, recruiter, and strong interpersonal skills. Oklahoma: Here's an update on Oklahoma's defensive coordinator search, where one candidate is no longer an option. 

Southwest Baptist (D-II - MO): Per source, Memphis offensive graduate assistant Brey Cook will be the running game coordinator and offensive line coach.

Appalachian State: NC State associate head coach/co-defensive coordinator/safeties coach Ted Roof will be App State's defensive coordinator, tweets Pete Thamel.

Wilkes (D-III - PA): Wilkes University has an immediate opening for a defensive assistant. This is a stipend position that comes with housing and a meal plan. A Bachelor’s degree is required and college-coaching experience in the secondary or on the defensive line is preferred. Experience with hudl, data entry, and graphic design is a plus. This position will come with on and off field responsibilities such as academic advising, recruiting, and departmental duties. We will be conducting interviews at the AFCA convention in San Antonio for this position. Indiana: Linebackers coach Kane Wommack is taking over as defensive coordinator. Wommack joined Tom Allen's staff as linebackers coach back in January and previously served as defensive coordinator at South Alabama.

Ave Maria (NAIA - FL): Ave Maria University is accepting applications for offensive assistant / director of football operations. Ave Maria is a Catholic University located near Naples, Florida. This is a full-time position with benefits. Applications should be submitted via this link.

Dodge City Community College (KS): Dodge City is looking to fill two full time positions. Offensive Line and Wide Receiver. Salary is $34k and benefits are provided. Please send a resume to head coach Ricky Coon: if interested.

UMass: An update on Walt Bell's staff (per sources): Luke Paschall (assistant head coach / special teams coordinator / receivers), Jon Bills (tight ends / recruiting coordinator), Fredi Knighten (running backs), Jim Jackson (offensive line), Azzaar Abdul Rahim (defensive coordinator / corners), David Duggan (co-defensive coordinator / linebackers), Jason Tudryn (defensive assistant). Rory Pommerening will serve as general manager / assistant AD for football. The remainder of the staff is expected to be in place within the next week or so we are told.

Michigan: Asked if he and Michigan were working out a new deal, defensive coordinator Don Brown responded, "Not that I know of," per Nick Baumgardner. Brown also shared that he's open to being a head coach again one day "in the right situation," but it would have to be on his terms.

Briar Cliff (NAIA - IA): Briar Cliff has two graduate assistant openings. One will be working with wide receivers and the other with defensive backs. This is a 10 month position and includes a stipend, free tuition, and meal plan. Affordable housing in the area is also available. Responsibilities include running positional meetings, assisting with special teams, helping with weekly game plan, film breakdown and data entry (HUDL), recruiting, and other duties assigned by the Head Football Coach. The ideal candidate would have a minimum 1 year coaching experience or 4 years collegiate playing experience at the respective position. Multicultural experience is desired and minorities are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates must be able to gain acceptance to graduate school (2.75 GPA minimum). Scoop’Em Up:JB Lageman, a former Quality Control Assistant at the University of Louisville, is looking for an assistant football coaching opportunity at the college level. JB had been at U of L since 2015 and worked under head coach Bobby Petrino, Former defensive coordinator Todd Grantham and Peter Sirmon, and most recently under Brian Vangorder. JB worked as a GA for 3 years before being elevated to quality control role working with the defensive line and outside linebackers. Before U of L, JB coached at Concord University (D-II - WV) as the OLBs coach under former head coach and current UNLV offensive line coach Garin Justice. In 2014 the Concord team would go to the D-II National Semifinals. Before coaching, JB played collegiately at West Virginia University as a defensive lineman for Jeff Casteel.
