Colorado: CU's Board of Regents has approved the extension to Mike MacIntyre's contract.

Middle Tennessee: Notre Dame defensive analyst Siriki Diabate has been announced as linebackers coach. He spent the 2015-16 seasons as the safeties coach at Colgate.

Auburn: Gus Malzahn has confirmed the hirings of Mollie Moore as director of recruiting operations, Stefan Schmidt as director of player personnel and Kenny Ingram as director of player relations. Additionally, Patrick Suddes has been promoted from director of player personnel to assistant AD for football, Brett Whiteside from director of recruiting operations to director of football operations, and Jorrell Bostrom to director of player development.

Minnesota State-Moorhead (D-II): Minnesota State University-Moorhead is accepting applications for Recruiting Intern. Responsibilities include assisting the Recruiting Coordinator in directing all aspects of a highly competitive football program including compliance with NCAA DII, NSIC, and University rules and regulations of prospective student-athletes. Bachelor’s degree required and college coaching and recruiting experience are preferred. Based on experience a small stipend may be possible. Alabama: Leah Knight has been hired as director of recruiting. Knight was director of recruiting this past year and assistant DFO at Colorado State in 2015-16 and prior to that worked as a recruiting operations coordinator at South Florida for two seasons. Knight earned her degree from Alabama.

Minnesota State-Moorhead (D-II): Minnesota State-Moorhead is accepting applications for an offensive Graduate Assistant to coach wide receivers. Responsibilities include assisting the head coach in directing all aspects of a highly competitive football program including compliance with NCAA DII, NSIC, and University rules and regulations; recruitment of qualified student-athletes; and retention of student-athletes. Bachelor’s degree required and college coaching and recruiting experience are preferred. This is a 9-month, non-tenure appointment paying $8,000 with paid housing. Gallaudet (D-III - DC):Gallaudet University is accepting applications for a Defensive Football Intern (LB’s/DB’s preferred). Gallaudet University is the premier institute of higher learning for the Deaf and hard of hearing. This position will begin in August 2017 and run through December 2017. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the Defensive Coordinator with implementing game plans, coaching of special teams and a defensive position, film evaluation, academic support, and attending team and coaching staff meetings. Job requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, playing experience at the collegiate level, and knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL) is preferred. If the successful candidate has no prior knowledge with ASL, it will be expected that the intern is willing to learn. The successful applicant will be provided with a dorm room and a meal plan. Lake Erie College (D-II - OH): Lake Erie College is accepting applicants for an offensive intern position. This is the perfect position for a young coach to gain valuable experience at the NCAA level along with creating a great professional network. This is a volunteer position. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to player retention, coaching a position group, game/practice planning, effectively managing a recruiting territory, video breakdown, and other duties as assigned by the head coach/offensive coordinator. Manchester (D-III - IN): FootballScoop has learned that Rose Hulman (D-III - IN) defensive backs coach Scotty Cole and Ball State Olympic Sports and baseball strength graduate assistant Aron Miller have joined the Manchester staff. Cole will coach the defensive backs, and Miller will work with the defensive line and also lead strength and conditioning.

Trine (D-III - IN): Trine University has defensive intern position available. Responsibilities will include coordinating the JV Defense, coaching a position and have your own recruiting area along with any duties assigned by the head coach. The position will pay $8,000. Occasional meals will be provided, no housing or benefits. Candidates must have at least one year of previous college coaching experience. Christopher Newport (D-III - VA): Christopher Newport University CNU invites applicants for a Defensive Position Coach. We are located in Newport News, VA with close proximity to Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Williamsburg. The review of applications will begin immediately. CNU competes in the New Jersey Athletic Conference (DIII). Playing/Coaching experience at the collegiate level is desired. Responsibilities include coaching a position group, developing a recruiting territory, utilizing hudl and other duties as assigned by the head coach and/or offensive coordinator.
