Stanford: David Shaw was credited with $4.6 million in compensation in 2017, according to documents obtained by USA Today.

Northwestern: Pat Fitzgerald was credited with $5.1 million in income in 2017, the most recent year on record, according to tax documents obtained by USA Today.

Howard Payne (D-III - TX): Howard Payne University is looking to hire an Offensive Graduate Assistant to begin August 5th. Candidates must be hard-working, extremely motivated, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. The applicant must be accepted into graduate school with a college GPA of 3.0 or better. This job allows applicants experience in coaching your own position group, assisting in recruiting operations and any other duties assigned by the head coach. Compensation package includes a 50% tuition waiver, stipend, and free on-campus housing. College playing or coaching experience is preferred. Trinity Bible College (NCCAA - ND): Trinity Bible College in Ellendale, N.D., has games to fill because of cancellations. We would prefer a home game but willing to work a road game based on travel. ESPN: Former USC and NFL quarterback Mark Sanchez is joining ESPN's roster of college football analysts, according to the New York Post. The paper reports he'll join Kevin Negandhi and Jonathan Vilma on ABC's studio set, replacing Mack Brown.

Anderson (D-III – IN): Anderson University, a Christian university, is looking to fill a Visual Communications/Recruiting Assistant Intern position within the football program for a 10-month appointment. Responsibilities include creating marketing materials (print, digital, and video) for program promotion and recruiting, using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier Pro) and assist with on campus recruiting duties. Vermillion (JC - MN): Per source, Robert Leslie Bradford III has accepted the offensive line job after spending last season coaching the tight ends / fullbacks at Kings College (D-III - PA).

UConn: Jimmy Applegate has joined the staff as a defensive graduate assistant, per source. Applegate previously served as a student intern at Miami (OH) and coached the defensive backs at Cincinnati Christian (NAIA - OH) last season.

MAC: The Mid American Conference has announced a multi-year extension with CBS to continue to televise #MACtion through the 2022-23 season.

Minnesota Morris (D-III): Minnesota Morris is seeking an entry level assistant coach. This is a seasonal 4 month position starting asap. $4,000 salary with some meals included.
