Oklahoma: OU and Lincoln Riley have come to terms on a fully guaranteed 5-year contract paying $3.5 million a year, according to Bruce Feldman. Update: Regents have released the contract. It's a 5-year deal that starts at $3.1 million with $200,000 annual raises and a $500,000 annual retention bonus.

Nebraska: Citing a "personal reason that recently arose", assistant coach Bob Elliot will no longer be able to serve as a full-time assistant this season. Nebraska's release says Elliot will move into a defensive analyst position. Several outlets are reporting the move is health related. Scott Booker who also came from Notre Dame has been promoted to safeties / special teams coach for the upcoming season.

Jacksonville Jaguars: LSU lead player personnel analyst Brian Squeglia has accepted a scouting assistant position with the Jaguars, FootballScoop can confirm.

Minnesota: Former University of Michigan recruiting assistant Daniel Ifft is joining the Minnesota staff as recruiting assistant, source tells FootballScoop.

Washington Redskins: Brent Caprio and Peter Picerelli have been hired as scouting assistants, per source. Picerelli comes from Boston College where he was a personnel assistant after having served on the staff at Brown University for the 2016 season. Caprio had served as a scout for the Colts the past two seasons.

Austin Peay (FCS - TN): Austin Peay is looking for a video coordinator. The position is $10,000 plus housing. They use XOS software, so experience with XOS is preferred. If interested contact the director of football operations Carter Crutchfield at crutchfieldc@apsu.edu.

FOX: Ray Lewis has joined the network as a studio analyst.

Oklahoma State: The full text of Mike Gundy's contract has been posted. Of note: the contract includes an automatic 1-year rollover, keeping it a 5-year deal in perpetuity. Gundy's buyout if he leaves for another job is $3 million, but it drops to $2 million if OSU AD Mike Holder does not provide written approval of the 1-year rollover within the seven days of Oklahoma State's last game. Tennessee: Former Vols head coach Phillip Fulmer has been hired by the university as special advisor to president Joe DiPetro for community, athletics, and university relations.

Independence CC (KS): Former Chaffey College offensive line coach Kiyoshi Harris has accepted the offensive coordinator/offensive line job at Independence.

Northwood (D-II - MI): Northwood University is looking to hire a restricted earnings coach who will work with an offensive skill position. Job responsibilities include assisting the offensive staff with video breakdowns, game planning, practice preparation and film uploading, academic monitoring, recruiting responsibilities, and assisting the head football coach in day-to-day operations. Those individuals with film Editing and/or Graphic Design experience will be strongly considered. Compensation will consist of a stipend. There will be no housing, meals, or tuition assistance available. Individuals interested in applying should send their cover letter and resume with references to nufootball@northwood.edu.

West Virginia Wesleyan (D-II): West Virginia Wesleyan College has an immediate opening for a restricted-earnings position coaching the wide receivers. This is a 10-month position with a stipend of $10,000, housing and meals. In addition to coaching responsibilities, candidate will be responsible for monitoring academics, recruiting both on and off campus, and tertiary responsibilities assigned by the head coach.
