Wisconsin Whitewater (D-III): Rhodes (D-III - TN) offensive coordinator Peter Jennings has accepted the same role at Whitewater source tells FootballScoop. Prior to spending the past two seasons at Rhodes as offensive coordinator, Jennings served on the Carroll College staff for five seasons, four as OC.

North Carolina: Larry Fedora has finalized his coaching staff with the addition of former Tennessee running backs coach Robert Gillespie, according to Inside Carolina, who adds that the hire allows Fedora to move Luke Paschall from running backs to wide receivers, following the departure of Gunter Brewer (who left to join the Philadelphia Eagles staff coaching the wide receivers). Gillespie was originally retained as a part of Jeremy Pruitt's staff but then parted ways with the program about a week after signing day.

Northern State (D-II - SD): Northern State, a member of the NSIC, has an opening for a running backs coach / assistant recruiting coordinator. This is a stipend position, with salary based upon experience, and additional income opportunities available on campus. This coach will be responsible for coaching running backs, assisting the recruiting coordinator with day-to-day recruiting operations, and other duties assigned by the Head Coach. Experience with Social Media, Photoshop and additional recruiting material is preferred, but not required. Computer and HUDL proficiency also preferred. North Carolina: Per source, Ouachita Baptist (D-II - AR) defensive line coach Sam Dunham has left to join the staff at UNC in a defensive graduate assistant role.

NFL: After three seasons, Tod Leiweke has decided to leave the NFL and Maryann Turcke will assume the role of COO of the NFL, the league has announced. Turcke previously held the role of President of NFL media.

Ball State: Ball State football is now accepting applications for two different graduate assistant positions. One of the GA’s primary coaching responsibility will be working with the Offensive line and the other will be working on the defensive side of the ball with front seven experience. Previous experience is required for both positions and the candidate must have over a 2.75 undergrad GPA and be accepted into one of Ball State’s graduate programs. This coach will be responsible for coaching either Corners or Safeties, film-breakdown (HUDL), scouting reports, recruiting, and other duties assigned by the Head Coach.
