Name, Image and Likeness: In the face of rising Congressional pressure, the NCAA announced Tuesday it has formed a committee to examine NLI payments to college athletes. This could be a game-changer.

Dubuque (D-III - IA): Dan Clark is the new offensive coordinator and offensive line coach at Dubuque, a source tells FootballScoop. He previously served as the offensive line coach at Stephen F. Austin (FCS - TX) and Illinois State (FCS) for the past six years.

Texas: Former Kansas head coach David Beaty is close to joining the Texas staff as an analyst, according to Anwar Richardson of Orangebloods. Details here.

Alderson Broaddus (Sprint - WV): Alderson Broaddus is looking to hire an intern assistant coach to work with the defensive line. The responsibilities of the sprint football assistant intern coach are to conduct all aspects of the sprint football program within the philosophy and guidelines set forth by Alderson Broaddus University and the CSFL. The expectations of the sprint football assistant coach include: commitment to the mission of Alderson Broaddus University, meeting the established recruiting goals of the athletic department, conducting practices and meetings, publishing the playbook, travel planning, fund raising, and completion of any duties assigned by the Head Sprint Football Coach. NAIA: An NAIA program is cutting football and traditional graduate programs.

Delta State (D-II - MS): Delta State University is now accepting applications for an offensive graduate graduate assistant. Responsibilities include; film breakdown/scouting reports, defensive scout team coaching/organization, on-campus recruiting visits, academic class checks/study hall monitoring, in addition to other responsibilities designated by the head coach. Experience with Hudl, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, etc. is preferred. Requirements: Must be able to gain admission to graduate school, a valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background check. Housing, meals, and a monthly stipend will be provided. Memphis: Memphis has announced that AD Tom Bowen is stepping down and that Allie Prescott has been named the interim athletic director.

Graceland (NAIA - IA): Graceland University invites applications for the full time (11-month) position of Assistant Football Coach on the Lamoni, IA campus. The successful candidate will serve as the Offensive Coordinator and other program specific duties as assigned by the Head Coach for both the varsity and junior varsity programs. Preference will be given to those who have previous experience with the Hudl video system. Previous collegiate coaching and recruiting experience preferred. The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree. Lindsey Wilson (NAIA - KY): Lindsey Wilson College is accepting applications for a full-time assistant coach. This position will likely coach the running backs (possibility of wide receivers for certain candidates) and be responsible for other duties within the football program. This is a 12-month, full-time position with benefits.
