Montreal Alouettes (Canada): General manager Jim Popp will not return in 2017 after over two decades with the franchise.

Alderson Broaddus (D-II - WV): Head coach Denny Creehan is stepping down at the end of the season, but will remain on as the school's athletic director. Creehan, who is 26-17 in four seasons leading the program, including an 8-2 mark so far in 2016, oversaw the return of the school's football program following a 70-year absence.

Tom Coughlin: Coughlin, who is working as the senior advisor to football operations with the NFL, told reporters that "I'm being less than honest if I said I didn't miss the sideline." This weekend, Coughlin is being inducted into the NY Giants Ring of Honor.

Georgia Tech: Paul Johnson reiterated his support for his defensive staff today, saying “I have enough confidence in my guys on defense to try to let them coach,” before adding “I hire guys to coach defense and treat them the way I would want to be treated. At the end you evaluate what happens, just like you would do with anything," according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Back in February, defensive coordinator Ted Roof agreed to a 3-year extension worth $750,000 a year.

Baylor: The Wall Street Journal is reporting that the NCAA has informed Baylor that they will not sanction the school like it did Penn State for sexual assault scandal. The NCAA made the right call here.

Chip Kelly: Disputing Adam Schefter's report that he has been pursued by college programs privately, Chip Kelly told reporters yesterday that, "I haven’t talked to a college since I’ve been in the NFL and that’s not my goal. My goal is to be the head coach of the 49ers and that’s what I want to do. So, I don’t know why that’s a new — it surprises me that that continues to be a new story. It’s been the same story since I left four years ago. So, I’m not looking to go back and that’s what I’ve always said. So, I don’t know why it’s still a story," per PFT.

Bemidji State (D-II): According to the Bemidji Pioneer,Jeff Tesch, who was placed on administrative leave from the head coaching position back in late August, has been notified that his contract has been terminated. Tesch went 126-91 leading the program. Defensive coordinator Brent Bolte took over as head coach heading into the season and has led the team to a 7-3 mark.

Texas Lutheran (D-III): Head coach Danny Padron has announced his plan to retire at the conclusion of the season.

Vukovi Beograd (Belgrade, Serbia): The Vukovi Beograd are seeking a defensive coordinator for one of the top ranked teams in Eastern Europe. The position will have full say in the defensive scheme and personnel. The coach will be involved in the special teams game as well. All coaching experience will be considered. The contract will run from February 2017 - July 2017. Compensation package includes: monthly salary (which is 25% higher than the average after tax wage), private fully furnished apartment, daily meal reimbursement, bus pass, win bonus, and round trip airfare.
