UT-Permian Basin (D-II): Victor Gill has been hired as offensive line coach and run game coordinator, the school has announced. Gill spent the past two seasons in a quality control role at South Florida and prior to that was at Texas as a graduate assistant working with the offensive line.

William Jewell (D-II - MO): Per source, defensive graduate assistant Connor Benado has been promoted to a full-time position working with the inside linebackers and serving as recruiting coordinator.

Briar Cliff (NAIA - IA): Briar Cliff University is seeking a graduate assistant defensive line coach. Qualifications include acceptance into graduate school (2.8 minimum G.P.A - no exceptions. Must have college playing experience in the Defensive line or 2 years coaching experience in defensive line. Compensation package include 10 month 5,000 stipend, free on campus meals and full tuition waiver. Position review to begin immediately. Starting date is March 15th 2019. Bruce Arians: The Tampa Bay Bucs coach shares some strong words for his assistants that even consider missing one of their kids events. 

Sam Houston State (FCS): AJ Woolley has accepted an offensive graduate assistant position / video coordinator job, per source. Woolley previously served as tight ends / H-backs coach at UT-Permian Basin (D-II - TX).

Wagner (FCS - NY): Defensive backs coach Darrell Wilson has added the title of defensive pass game coordinator, per source.

Illinois Wesleyan (D-III): Illinois Wesleyan is no longer accepting applications for the defensive coordinator position. Thanks for the overwhelming interest in the position.

Bemidji State (D-II - MN): Bemidji State University is seeking applicants for a restricted earnings position, coaching the running backs. This is an adjunct faculty position with an annual stipend of $5,000. Bachelor’s Degree required. Previous coaching or playing experience at the RB position preferred. Discounted tuition on graduate school will also be available if interested. Off-campus jobs to supplement the stipend are available for those interested and can help substantially. Minnesota Vikings: GM Rick Spielman shared today that the team has picked up head coach Mike Zimmer's option for 2020.

Vanderbilt: With the departures of Chris Marve and Nick Eason, Derek Mason said for spring practices defensive coordinator Jason Tarver will slide from outside to inside linebackers, quality control Tate Benton will coach the outside linebackers, and quality control Jovan Haye will coach the defensive line. Mason said the spring will serve as on-the-job interviews for Benton and Haye.

Tennessee: Kerry Stevenson, who has been at Alabama since 2013 most recently as the director of player development, is joining the Vols staff in a support capacity, per AL.com. Before joining the Alabama staff, Stevenson served a decade as the head coach at Vigor HS (AL), winning the state title in 2008.

Washington State: Mike Leach has now formally announced the additions of Roc Bellatoni (LBs) and Dennis Slutak (DFO). Bellatoni arrives from Buffalo, where he coached the defensive ends and coordinated special teams & also previously served as the team's director of player personnel while Slutak spent the last four years as the director of football operations at UNLV.

Simpson (D-III - IA): Dan Kelley, the offensive line coach at Morningside (NAIA - IA), has accepted the same position with the Simpson College staff.

Oklahoma Panhandle State (NAIA): OPSU is seeking applicants for two intern assistant coaches - one offensive (WRs / RBs) position and one defensive (DBs / LBs) position, but will hire the best candidate available. Candidates will be responsible for coaching their own position group, will have recruiting duties, and have additional responsibilities within the football program as assigned by the head coach. Previous collegiate playing or coaching experience is preferred. This position is for individuals in pursuit of a career in coaching. This position includes housing, some meals, and possibility of a seasonal stipend. Candidates must be able to pass a background check. Trinity International (NAIA - IL): Trinity International (IL) University has an immediate opening for a Defensive Restricted Earnings position working with Linebackers or Defensive Backs. Applicants must have a strong Christian faith and work within Trinity International University’s Christian mission. The position will have their own recruiting area and will be responsible for coaching and managing their own position, including position meetings. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to film breakdown and data entry, assisting with special teams, recruiting, running positional meetings, assisting with game preparation, and other duties assigned by the head coach. The position includes housing and a $7,500 stipend. The secret of the Air Raid?

Wagner (FCS - NY): Per source, former West Virginia Wesleyan (D-II) head coach Del Smith, has been named as the new associate head coach and defensive coordinator for the Seahawks. Also, former defensive coordinator Tony Brinson has moved to the offensive side of the ball and will coach the running backs and will remain assistant head coach.

West Virginia: Neal Brown has announced the additions of Tyler Hancock (senior analyst - special teams) and Scott Gasper (offensive recruiting coordinator). Hancock had served as the special teams quality control coach at Maryland the last few seasons, and Gasper served as the director of player personnel at Indiana the last four years.

Detroit Lions: The Lions are hiring Kyle Caskey as their new running backs coach, per NFL Network. Caskey coached the running the backs the past five seasons for the Bengals, and prior to that served as assistant offensive line coach.
