Holmes CC (MS): NEO defensive ends coach Lane Powell is expected to return to Mississippi to join the Holmes staff coaching linebackers, source tells FootballScoop. Prior to his two seasons at NEO, Powell served as an assistant at Alcorn State.

Tommy Tuberville: Tubs has joined ESPN's roster as a college football color commentator. His broadcast partners are TBD.

Iowa: Linebackers coach Seth Wallace has been appointed assistant defensive coordinator, Kirk Ferentz noted today.

Eastern Washington: Quarterbacks coach Bodie Reeder, who in early June was promoted to interim OC when Fred Salanoa left the staff, has now been promoted to full time offensive coordinator. Dana Holgorsen: Be advised, Dana will no longer be sipping Red Bull... according to Sean Manning of the Morgantown Dominion-Post, Coach Holgorsen has signed an endorsement deal with Monster. Memphis: The University of Memphis Football is looking to hire a “Graphics Design Intern” for the 2017 football season. The successful candidate must have strong knowledge of Adobe CC, which includes Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign etc. The candidate must have the ability to multi-task, have strong organizational skills, and the ability to take the initiative when needed. Responsibilities would include creating graphic designs concepts for marketing and promoting the Football program to prospective-student athletes. This position is a “volunteer” nonpaid internship. Presentation College (NAIA - SD): Head coach Andy Carr has resigned to become the associate AD for development at South Dakota. Carr was the founding head coach of the Saints' program and led the club to a 7-3 mark in 2016, the program's sixth season. Defensive coordinator Chuck Miesbauer will serve as interim head coach as the school looks for a permanent replacement. Kentucky: Kentucky is seeking to hire a social media grad assistant. Dickinson College (D-III - PA): Dickinson College has an immediate opening for an intern position. Responsibilities will include coaching your own position and having your own recruiting area, along with any duties assigned by the head coach. Franklin College (D-III - IN): Franklin College invites applications for an assistant football coach (defensive intern). The assistant coach is responsible for assisting the head coach in all aspects of the football program, including player development, recruiting, serving as the video coordinator along with additional duties associated with athletic event internet broadcasts. and other duties assigned. Requirements: bachelor’s degree, collegiate competitive and/or coaching experience. Oregon State: Source tells FootballScoop Dan Cozzetto is returning to Oregon State. The current Phoenix College (JC - AZ) head coach and former Arizona State offensive coordinator, Cozzetto has deep ties to Dennis Erickson including having coached with him at Oregon State back in the early 2000s.

Lyon College (NAIA - AR): Lyon College invites applications for the position of assistant football coach on the defensive side of the ball. This is a full time position with benefits. Carolina Panthers: The organization has formally announced former GM Marty Hurney is returning as interim GM for the team.

Savannah State (FCS - GA): Glenn Davis has joined the staff coaching the corners. Davis previously spent one season coaching the defensive backs at Northern Michigan (D-II) and has also coached at IMG Academy (FL) and Youngstown State (FCS - OH).

Fort Valley State (D-II - GA): Gary Lowrey, who previously coached the running backs at Hampton (FCS - VA) for three seasons, has joined the staff as offensive line coach, and also as director of player personnel.
