Stephen F. Austin (FCS - TX): Dustin Vaughan, former quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys, has been hired at SFA as the new Director of Player Personnel / NFL Liaison, source tells FootballScoop.
NFL: Officials in the NFL have a new point of emphasis for 2019 that is going to upset a lot of fans and especially offensive line coaches.
Millikin (D-III - IL): Millikin University has an opening for an intern position on Defensive side of the ball. The position pays $10,000 with housing and a $1,300 meal allowance. Interested persons should email the Head Football Coach Dan Gritti at dgritti@millikin.edu.
19 for 19: Kenny Dillingham won't be calling plays as Auburn's offensive coordinator, and he's just fine with that. If his hand-in-glove arrangement with Gus Malzahn works as it should, Dillingham won't be the SEC's youngest coordinator for long. He'll be FBS's youngest head coach.
Iowa Wesleyan (D-III): Iowa Wesleyan University’s football program is accepting applications for an defensive intern coaching position to beginning August 1, 2019 through November 31, 2019. This is an entry-level position to serve as a position coach and serve in a variety of capacities within a NCAA Division III program. This intern position does provide on campus housing. Responsibilities include coaching of special teams and a defensive position (DL or DBs preferred). Bachelor's degree, and college playing experience are ideal. Review of resumes will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled. United States Merchant Marine Academy (D-III - NY): SUNY Maritime AD Kristopher Schnatz has accepted the AD position at the US Merchant Marine Academy.
Presbyterian (FCS - SC): UTEP senior associate AD for development and external relations Robert Acunto has been announced as the AD at Presbyterian.
South Dakota (FCS): In addition to head coach Bob Nielson's five year-contract that was announced earlier this month, the program has also promoted a number of assistants: wide receivers coach Phil Ockinga has added the assistant head coach title, defensive backs coach Mark Watson will now also serve as director of player development, defensive line coach Al Sega has added community service to his title, and outside linebackers coach Abdul Hodge will now serve as the program's NFL Liason.

The position will provide day-to-day operational support services to the program and: Create posts/graphics for all football social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, SnapChat) to promote the football team, football alumni and recruiting process for prospective student athlete; Abilitiy to create and manage the Produce Team/Alumni Graphics for Social Media, Recruiting Graphics for PSAs and Recruiting Graphics for Coaches Assist Director of Player Personnel with recruit evaluation; Assist Recruiting Coach & Director of Player Personnel with Unofficial Visits; Assist in the maintenance of ARMS Software mass mailings to recruits/coaches; PSA Transcript and test score request; Assist Management in the logistics of football special events, such as Junior Day, Official Visits and Camp; Manage Columbia Football main phone line communications. · Assist in the Management of Team Cara Logs; Assist in the management of Complimentary Tickets; Keep Inventory of Coaches Locker Room / Pantry Supplies; Assist in the management of operations of selected functions for all football practice and game operations. Milford Academy (Postgrad - NY): Per source, former Hamilton (D-III - NY) and Hartwick (D-III - NY) defensive coordinator Mike Tracy is the new defensive coordinator for the program.
