Alabama A&M: Sources tell us Nevada tight ends coach James Spady will be the new head coach at Alabama A&M.
Atlanta Falcons: The Falcons have signed defensive coordinator Mike Nolan to an extension, according to Jay Glazer.
Miami (OH): Alabama defensive quality control Joe Palcic will join Chuck Martin's staff as linebackers coach sources tell us. We also are told that former Western Carolina defensive coordinator Matt Pawlowski will be named defensive coordinator at Miami Ohio.
USC: Marques Tuiasosopo has accepted an offer to join Sark's staff as the tight ends coach, according to a report from the Seattle Times.

Washington Redskins: Mike Shanahan will be let go as head coach within the next 24 hours according to the Washington Post.UPDATE >> Jay Glazer is now reporting that Shanahan will meet with owner Dan Snyder first thing tomorrow morning and will be let go at that time.

Texas: The Dallas Morning News & the Austin American Statesman both came out with extremely similar updates on the status of Texas' search.
