ESPN's Stuart Scott has passed away at the age of 49. Please keep Stuart and his family in your prayers. In July, Scott gave an emotional speech at the ESPY's in which he relays his passion for living and why its important to surround yourself with those you love. Stuart Scott - an inspiration.
Kentucky: Tight ends coach, and lead recruiter for Ohio and the surrounds, Vince Marrow has agreed to a new deal at Kentucky after he was presented with a very competitive offer from Michigan reports Matt Jones of Kentucky Sports Radio. We can now confirm that Marrow intends to remain at Kentucky as well.
West Virginia: Alabama deputy AD Shane Lyons has been offered the West Virginia athletics director job and is expected to accept, according to Mitch Vingle of the Charleston Gazette. A formal announcement is expected Monday.
Pitt: Per source, Pat Narduzzi continues to vet potential candidates including those on the existing Pitt staff. Pat, not only is looking for coaches with a passion to recruit; but per sources, Pat is being very diligent in reviewing each of his top 3 at each position. "You only get one shot to make first hires" one source told FootballScoop. To clarify one item that has been out there, it is our understanding that Brad Salem, with whom Pat discussed opportunities, plans to remain at Michigan State. Based on what we have heard, we would expect the first set of hires from Narduzzi in the coming days.
Oklahoma: As reported on FootballScoop radio, wide receivers coach Jay Norvell will not return. Further, we hear more changes are coming and that Bob Stoops is considering bringing in a new play-caller (Heupel would continue to coach either quarterbacks or receivers depending on who might be brought in). On the defensive side, we hear that if Mike Stoops accepts another job that Tim Kish will go with him. Per source, Bobby Jack Wright could move into a different role with the program as well. Auburn: Safeties coach Charlie Harbison will not return according to Brandon Marcello of AL.com.
Michigan: As David Lombardi of ESPN reported days ago, and Bruce Feldman just reported, Jim Harbaugh has been trying to get Stanford defensive coordinator Lance Anderson to join his staff at Michigan. Latest we heard, as of yesterday David Shaw was hopeful he would be able to retain Anderson. Will update...

Campbell University: Per source, former Saint Augustine defensive coordinator Freddie Aughtry-Lindsay has accepted a position at Campbell.
Saint Augustine's University (D-II - NC): SAU has 3 full-time open positions on defense. Linebacker, defensive line and defensive backs are all open. Out of the three positions added duties would be Defensive Coordinator and Strength Conditioning Coordinator. Neither Freddie Aughtry-Lindsay, Chris Cook, Dante Devouse, Jadaris Dean, Reginald Cooper and Shonquez Nelson will not return to the staff. Nebraska: Oregon State defensive quality control Keaton Kristick is joining Mike Riley's staff at Nebraska in the same capacity.
Florida: UCF's Kirk Callahan, a 2014 FootballScoop Defensive Backs Coach of the Year finalist, will join Mac's staff at Florida per Derek Tyson of ESPN. We have confirmed.
Wake Forest: Wake Forest has an opening for a Graduate Assistant on the defensive side of the football. Position will work with the Defensive Line. Previous college coaching experience is preferred.
