Western Kentucky: Former USF program assistant and quarterback Marques Blackwell is joining the Western Kentucky staff as an offensive grad assistant (running backs) according to the Tampa Bay Times

Stanford: The Chicago Tribune reports that Stanford offered Northwestern AD Jim Phillips their athletic director position but Phillips declined. Teddy Greenstein reports that the offer was $1.4 million per year. 

Arkansas Baptist (JC): We hear that Clifton Ealy has been named defensive backs coach at Arkansas Baptist. 

Southern (FCS - LA): Stump Mitchell has announced two new hires with Marty Biagi coming on as special teams coordinator and his son Lionel Mitchell as a defensive assistant. Biagi served as defensive backs coach at Arkansas Pine Bluff last season.
