Dickinson College: hired Kory David as linebacker/assistant lacrosse coach. David previously coached at SUNY Cortland. All positions are now filled on the Dickinson staff.

Georgia State: 65 years old Bill Curry was hired as the first head football coach at Georgia State University. Curry has spent the last several years as a college football analyst for ESPN. The job was first offered to former Atlanta Falcons head coach, Dan Reeves.

South Alabama: Head coach Joey Jones is getting close to completing his first staff at South Alabama. Here are some of the assistant coaches South Alabama has hired: former Prattville High School (AL) assistant Duwan Walker will coach the defensive backs. Brian Turner is the recruiting coordinator. Les Koening is the offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach. Former Auburn quarterback Dameyune Craig will coach the running backs. Bill Clark is the defensive coordinator/linebackers. John Turner is the offensive line coach.

Saint Anselm College: Manchester, NH has an immediate opening for an Offensive Line or Secondary coach. Coaching duties include all aspects of coaching the offensive line or defensive backs, off campus recruiting and all other duties assigned by the Head Coach. Salary in low $16,000, meals are included. Housing may become available. Qualifications: This position requires a Bachelors degree and strong football background with demonstrated success as a coach (college preferred). The candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills and to be able to work effectively with staff, faculty, and other members of the community. Waldorf College: has a full time opening for defensive back coach/special teams coordinator. Responsibilities include coaching defensive secondary, coordinating special teams, recruiting designated area, and working with all video editing and equipment responsibilities. Compensation includes $15,000 salary(10 month contract), housing, and partial benefits. Waldorf College is a small, private NAIA college located in Forest City, Iowa and is affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Start date is August 1. Wartburg College: located in Waverly, IA, invites applicants for an Intern Assistant Football Coach. The position will either coach the defensive line or running backs, maintain a recruiting area, and serve as the assistant recruiting coordinator or assistant strength coach. Candidates should possess qualifications that include; a Bachelors Degree, relevant football playing or coaching experience, and a commitment to the welfare and development of student-athletes within the philosophy of NCAA Division III. The position has a contract length of 10 months, will be compensated with a $10,000, and offers a limited board plan. Although Wartburg does not offer graduate classes, pursuing a graduate degree is possible at local Universities.
