Illinois State: Bobby Rhoades hired as an assistant football coach. Rhoades served the last 3 seasons as the wide receivers coach at the University of Central Arkansas. It appears Rhoades will coach the H-backs and tight ends. Illinois State assistant, Jim Williams, will now coach the quarterbacks along with his offensive coordinator responsibilities.

Navarro College (TX): Nick Bobeck is the new head football coach at Navarro College. Bobeck served as the Navarro College offensive coordinator this past season. The head coaching position became available when Ray Woodard accepted the head coaching position at Lamar University. Bobeck has coached under Chuck Lawrence and Woodard before being picked to head up the Bulldog program.

New York Jets: Scott Cohen leaves his post as director of player personnel with the Philadelphia Eagles to join the Jets as the assistant general manager. Joey Clinkscales promoted from director of college scouting to vice president of college scouting. Mike Davis promoted from national scout to director of college scouting. 


Carroll College (WI): seeks applicants for a full time Assistant Football Coach. Carroll is a Division III member institution participating in the Midwest Conference. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coaching the OFFENSIVE LINE, recruiting, assisting the head coach in all practice and game day preparation, and other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach. This position will include a secondary responsibility within the athletic department. Requirements - Candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred) with collegiate playing experience preferred. Qualified candidates must demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills as well as be committed to the policies and regulations of the MWC and NCAA Division III. Dartmouth College: Football Video Coordinator/ Football Operations Responsible for hiring, training and supervising the video film crew; coordinating video setup, taping and editing all practices and games; coordinating all video exchanges with opponents; production of season ending highlight video. Prefer experience operating the DVSport Software System. Responsible for assisting with the following Football Operations: coordination of football team travel; oversight of maintenance and scheduling of football facilities; spring alumni golf outing and fall football reunion weekends; organization and daily operation of football office. $20-$30K based on experience.
