Clemson: Former Mississippi State assistants Woody McCorvey and Charlie Harbison have joined the staff at Clemson. Harbison is expected to coach the defensive backs. McCorvey's role is uncertain at this point.

Iowa State: We hear that former Auburn offensive coordinator Al Borges is a candidate to become the offensive coordinator at Iowa State.

North Carolina A&T: Athletic director Wheer Brown has just released several assistant at NC A&T. Assistants Kenneth Ray, John McKenzie, Tayrone Odems, Mack Vincent, Chris Robinson, and Myron Jackson will not return. Interim head coach George Ragsdale and defensive backs coach Travis Oliver will continue to recruit until a new head football coach is hired. Sources tell FootballScoop that NC A&T is targeting several candidates including Southern Miss assistant coach Frank Wilson and Miami Hurricanes assistant Tommy Robinson.

Stillman College: Stillman College in Alabama has named L.C. Cole head football coach. Cole served as the defensive coordinator at Texas Southern this past season. Cole is also the former head coach at Alabama State and Tennessee State.

Tulane: Sources tell FootballScoop that defensive coordinator O'Neil Gilbert will not return.
