Colgate: Pat Foley had joined the staff as linebackers coach. Foley previously served as the defensive coordinator at the United State Merchant Marine Academy.

Highland Community College: We hear the defensive coordinator job has been filled.

Northern Arizona: Our sources tell us former Texas A&M and NFL running running back Chris Taylor has joined the staff as the offensive GA.

North Dakota State College of Science: We hear Freddie Weinke Jr. is set to join the staff as linebackers coach. This is Weinke's first coaching job, but he previously played in the AFL and CFL.

Hartwick College: College an NCAA Division III institution and member of the Empire 8 seeks candidates for the position of Assistant Football Coach (defensive) for the 2009-10 academic year (nine-month intern appointment). Responsibilities include coaching practices and competitions, recruiting prospective student-athletes, and other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach and/or Director of Athletics in accordance with applicable rules and regulations of the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, College, Empire 8, NCAA and other related associations. The position will also include a secondary responsibility and administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics. Competitive stipend of $16,300 and an offer of a fringe benefit package. Qualifications: Candidates should have a bachelor's degree with playing and/or coaching experience at the college level. The successful candidate must possess leadership, role modeling, organizational, and interpersonal skills and have an understanding of NCAA Division III regulations. Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable through the College. LA Pierce College: seeking a Linebackers Coach. This is a walk-on, non-teaching position. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience at the college or high school level. Coaching and/or playing experience at Linebacker preferred. BA/BS preferred, but not required. Job Description: Practice planning, scouting, video, analysis, skill and team instruction working directly with linebackers, all phases of recruiting and any additional responsibilities assigned by the head coach. Schedule should be flexible for practices and staff meetings. Job pays a seasonal stipend. Urbana University: Assistant Football Coach. (Defense preferred but either side of ball will be considered) This is a 12 month full-time Position with base salary plus benefits. Previous collegiate football coaching and recruiting experience required. Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred. The successful candidate will coach his own position group, will manage a specific recruiting territory within the state of Ohio (previous on the road recruiting experience required, partial scholarship recruiting experience preferred) and will assist in all other areas of a successful intercollegiate football program as assigned by Head Football Coach. Candidates who can start employment by the beginning of May are a plus. Urbana University: Graduate Assistant - Football. Position will be either offensive or defensive dependent on candidate's strengths.
