Coaches Quick Hits

South Alabama: Ole Miss assistant AD, John Hartwell, withdrew his name for the athletic director position at South Alabama.

Feather River College: Feather River College has hired Steve Mooshagian as the new head football coach. Mooshagian previously served as the assistant head coach / wide receivers coach at University of San Diego. Mooshagian replaces Tom Simi, who accepted the head coaching position with the United States Military Academy Prep School in New Jersey.

Lambuth University: FootballScoop has learned that defensive backs / special teams coordinator Shep Campbell has accepted a high school position in his home state of Arkansas.

Oregon: Special teams intern Jim Fisher has been promoted to assistant director of recruiting / operations. Also, Josh Gibson has joined the staff as football operation administrative and teamwork manager.

Shenandoah University: Volunteer assistant Joe Jacoby is now a full-time offensive line coach.

Lambuth University: in Jackson, TN has a DB/ST Coord position opening. This is a full time position. Qualified and interested candidates should contact Coach Hugh Freeze at freeze@lambuth.edu.

Northern State University: NCAA Division II school is looking to hire a Defensive Line Graduate Assistant to begin immediately. Position includes stipend, 2/3 tuition, and the possibility for reduced housing. Candidate MUST have DL coaching/playing experience. Candidates must seek a master's degree in Physical Education and have an undergraduate background in Physical Education.
