Central Michigan: Mike Bajakian interviewed again today in Cincinnati. We hear it's down to Bajakian and Enos.

Trinity Valley CC: Our sources tell us former Louisiana College offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach Sherard Poteete has accepted the same position at Trinity Valley CC.

Northeastern State: Former Upper Iowa head coach Mike Knoll has accepted the defensive line / recruiting coordinator job.

Georgia Tech: FootballScoop has learned that Paul Johnson is set to promote offensive graduate assistant coach Lamar Owens to A-backs coach. Our source tell us linebackers coach Brian-Jean Mary is planning to remain at Tech. We also hear that Al Groh did indeed attend a Georgia Tech bowl practice, where he watched the defense, but Groh has not been offered the defensive coordinator position at Tech as of this morning.

Oregon State: AD Bob DeCarolis says, "Mike's said he wants to be the Joe Paterno of Oregon State," DeCarolis told the Oregonian. "So we'll put something together to make [his contract] a lifetime deal."

King's College: We hear Lackawanna College head coach Mark Duda is definitely in the mix for the head coaching job at King's College (PA). Our source tells us if Duda accepts the position, he will likely hire Wyoming Valley Seminary Prep head coach Terry Karg as his offensive coordinator.

Louisiana College: We are hearing cornerbacks coach Clay Matchett has been promoted to wide receivers / special teams coordinator.

Chicago Bears: The Chicago Tribune is reporting that Perry Fewell is expected to become the Bears' defensive coordinator. There is another report that Mike Martz will talk with the Bears about the OC job.

Georgia: ESPN is reporting that sources say Georgia has offered at least $700,000 annually and a multi-year contract to Kirby Smart to become the defensive coordinator.

Miami (OH): Our sources tell us Mike Haywood is in no rush to fill the wide receivers position.

Appalachian State: We hear Jerry Moore is in no rush and will take his time with the offensive line hire.

DSV: The most interesting scoop we've heard today...DSV has become the primary content provider for ESPN and Rivals.

Houston Texans: Gary Kubiak will interview Denver Broncos offensive line coach Rick Dennison, apparently for the offensive coordinator position.

Texas Tech: Our sources tell us Ole Miss defensive line coach Terry Price is not going to Texas Tech with his former boss, Tommy Tuberville. We have heard that Andy Lutz will be joining the staff in an administrative role.

Nicholls State: It appears Charlie Stubbs is bringing in his own offensive guys. We hear in addition to Kent Keith, running backs coach Johnny Tart is not going to remain on the offensive staff. Our source tells us Stubbs may have interest in hiring Chuck Hepola.

Hawaii: Former Hawaii quarterback Inoke Funaki has accepted the offensive GA position.

Texas Tech: We hear Tuberville talked last night with Troy offensive quality control Jim Nichols. Nichols previously served as the head coach at Faulkner University in AL. He worked with Tuberville at Auburn as a grad assistant.

Georgia: There is a report that Mark Richt has spoken with New Orleans Saints assistant defensive line coach Travis Jones.

Florida State: FootballScoop has confirmed that SMU head strength coach Vic Viloria will join Jimbo Fisher's staff in the same capacity.

Portland State: Brad Davis has been retained as offensive line coach. Kevin Emberton has been retained, but will move to running backs / recruiting coordinator. Scott Cooper will stay with the staff as a defensive grad assistant.

Southern: We hear former Tulane defensive coordinator O'Neil Gilbert will likely join the Southern staff under Stump Mitchell.

Youngstown State: There is a report that former Kansas defensive line coach Tom Sims has talked with Eric Wolford about the defensive coordinator position.
