Tennessee: FootballScoop is hearing that Tennessee head coach Derek Dooley has narrowed his search for a new director of football operations to Nolan Jones (Northwestern), Brad Pendergrass (Wisconsin), Craig Hopkins (Nevada), and one other candidate.

Trinity College: Sources tell FootballScoop that Dan Blume has been hired to coach the defensive line at Trinity. Blume worked with the defense at Villanova.

Central Arkansas: We hear Jeremy Hammock, former assistant at Louisiana Monroe, has accepted the tight ends position and Keith Scott, former Mississippi Valley State assistant, has been hired on the defensive side working with the secondary. Our sources tell us the UCA staff is now full.

Quincy University: Has 2 positions open. 1. Full-time minority def. position coach available. Salary is $23,660 with a start date of June 1,2010. 2. Full-time wide receiver or quarterback position coach available. Salary is 23,660 with a start date of June 1,2010. Marshall: Running backs coach JaJuan Seider has added the title of recruiting coordinator.

Southern Illinois: Former University of Minnesota grad assistant Jim Jackson accepted the tight ends job at Southern Illinois.

Kansas City Chiefs: New Orleans Saints coaching assistant Adam Zimmer has accepted the defensive assistant / assistant linebackers job with the Chiefs' organization.

Idaho State: Our sources tell us that former Pacific University defensive coordinator Josh Fetter has accepted the defensive line job at Idaho State. Fetter replaces Joe Cullen, who joined the Jacksonville Jaguars staff two months ago.

Penn: We are hearing that former Widener College head coach Dave Wodds accepted the linebackers job at Penn.

Arizona State: Former East Carolina player, Taylor Mazzone, has joined the Arizona State staff as offensive quality control. He is the son of offensive coordinator Noel Mazzone.

Centre College (KY): Our sources tell us Centre College wide receivers coach Steve Stonebraker accepted the head coaching job at Woodford County High School (KY).
