Western New Mexico University: Defensive coordinator Adam Clark has been officially promoted to head coach. Clark joined the Western New Mexico staff in February as defensive coordinator, coming over from Colorado School of Mines.

Eastern New Mexico University: seeks candidates for a Graduate Assistant Football Position. ENMU is a Division II (Lone Star Conference) football program located in Portales, NM. The coaching position will be a Secondary (Safety/ Corner) position that will include a recruiting area and strength and conditioning responsibilities. There are also other duties assigned by the Head Coach. Playing and/or coaching experience in the secondary preferred. Bridgewater College: a Division III program in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference invites applicants for an entry level Defensive Intern Position to coach linebackers in the 2010 season. It is an August to December non-benefit position that pays 5K and will include a meal allowance. Candidates will be responsible for both on field coaching, and managing LRS tape breakdowns and Storm game exchanges via the Web. IT training will be provided. Catholic University: DIII located in Washington DC, seeks a part time assistant football coach (Defensive Backs, or Linebackers) no housing or meals. The stipend ranges from $2,000 to $2,500. This position will begin on August 1, 2010, and runs thru November. Contracts are renewable in the Spring. Air Force: John Rudzinski has accepted the defensive assistant position at Air Force. Rudzinski has been serving as a maintenance officer at the Charleston Air Force Base in South Carolina. He is a former Air Force linebacker that finished his playing career in 2004.

DFO Spring Clinic: The Spring Clinic was held Monday and Tuesday in Dallas. Excellent clinic with a great group of speakers and a robust discussion about the profession. UNLV: We hear the linebackers / recruiting coordinator job has opened up on Bobby Hauck's staff at UNLV.

Cornell College: We are hearing that Steve Miller, who was the head coach at Cornell College from 1987-2001, is rejoining the football program under new head coach Vince Brautigam. Miller's title will be special assistant to the head coach.

Western Illinois: Our sources tell us former Western Illinois player Gunnard Twyner is the new wide receivers coach at WIU.

Averett University seeks candidates for a Graduate Assistant Football Position. The coaching position will be an offensive skill position that will include a recruiting area and responsibilities, strength and conditioning responsibilities as well as monitoring academic progress of student-athletes. There is also video breakdown responsibilities, recruiting software and computer tasks as well as day to day operations of the football program and other duties assigned by the Head Coach. One year of college coaching preferred.The position includes room, meals, a stipend and tuition (Averett offers Masters programs in Business and Education).
