UW-Stevens Point: We have learned that former Truman State head coach / offensive coordinator Aaron Vicko has accepted the offensive coordinator job at UW-Stevens Point. The position came available when OC Keith Turner left to become the head coach / AD at Fond du Lac Community College. Also, former Grand Valley State and Grand Rapids (Arena League) assistant Drew Burton has accepted the offensive line job at UW-Stevens Point.

Kansas Wesleyan: Our sources tell us that Anna Maria College offensive coordinator Bob Frey has accepted the defensive coordinator job at Kansas Wesleyan.

Hofstra University: Former head coach Joe Gardi (71) passed away Wednesday following a stroke suffered last week. Please keep Coach Gardi's family and friends in your thoughts.

Trenton Steel (Indoor Football League): Stacy Johnson accepted the head coaching job. Chuck Murphy will serve as the defensive coordinator. Murphy is the linebackers coach at The College of New Jersey. Kindrick Lamont White has been named defensive assistant. Frank Susino will serve as a defensive assistant and DFO. Kelly Logan will serve as an offensive assistant.

Calgary Stampeders (CFL): The following coaches will serve as "guest coaches" during training camp for the Stampeders: Marvin Pope (linebackers), Tony Missick (defensive backs), Mike Samples (defensive linemen), Presbyterian College OC Doug Malone (offensive linemen), Lorne Haas (special teams), and Ray Salverda (receivers).
