South Carolina State: Our sources tell us that former University of Buffalo running backs coach, Lee Chambers, has accepted the tight ends / tackles job at South Carolina State.

Montreal Allouettes: We have learned that head coach Marc Trestman will hire Winona State co-offensive coordinator Carson Welch as a full-time offensive / special teams assistant.

Hiram College: a Division III program in the NCAC Conference - has an opening for a defensive intern coaching position. Responsibilities will include assisting the head coach with all phases of the football program, coaching a position - preferably defensive line or OLB, recruitment of student athletes, video breakdowns, computer editing, and other duties as assigned. This position pays a stipend of $12,000 per year, with no benefits or housing. The successful candidate must be able to relocate to the Hiram, OH area, and be ready to begin August 1st. The College of St. Scholastica: located in Duluth, MN, a NCAA Division III member, is looking to fill an Intern Football coaching position. The intern will coach wide receivers and/or running backs. This position will start on August 1, 2010. Stipend is $10,000. No insurance or health benefits are included. One meal per day is provided from August 14 - November 14. Housing is not included. Gallaudet University: Our sources tell us that North Port HS (MD) assistant John Lennartz will be joining the Gallaudet coaching staff as quarterbacks coach.

Delta State University: is seeking applicants for a Graduate Assistant coaching position. The candidate who is selected will coach on the defensive side of the ball and assist the Academic Coordinator. Previous coaching and/or playing experience is necessary. Compensation includes a stipend, tuition, and possibly meals. Millersville University: a Division II program in the PSAC Conference - has an opening for a Social Equity Intern. Responsibilities will include assisting the head coach with all phases of the football program, coaching or assisting a position - preferably running backs or tight ends, recruitment of student athletes, video breakdowns, computer editing, monitoring the academic progress of student-athletes, and other duties as assigned. This position pays a stipend of $15,000 per year, with no benefits or housing. The successful candidate must be able to relocate to the Millersville, PA area, and be ready to begin asap.
