North Dakota State (FCS): FCS powerhouse NDSU, after considering many opportunities, has made the difficult decision to not play football this Fall. "The Bison will now turn their attention towards playing for a Missouri Valley Football Conference schedule and potential NCAA playoffs in Spring 2021."

OVC (FCS): With the Ohio Valley Presidents voting to allow each team to schedule four non-conference games this Fall, Austin Peay has set a game at Cincinnati for September 19th.

UCF: AD Danny White said today UCF is in the process of rebuilding its football schedule and doesn't expect a home game until Oct. 3.

Maine Maritime (D-III): The administration has announced they are suspending the program indefinitely while the administration reviews the overall financial impacts Covid is having on the program and the college's operations. The college had announced last month that it would not play this Fall. In making the announcement President William J. Brennan offered, "The football program is our most expensive non-academic program. As the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic are already mounting and with the prospect of a 10% curtailment in state funding, we need to review the program's overall impact—and the impact of all programs—on our ability to continue to operate the institution. This is an administrative decision brought about by the extreme challenges we are facing as an organization."

Ohio Valley (FCS): Ohio Valley presidents have approved a 4-game non-conference schedule while moving the conference portion to the spring, tweets Pete Thamel.

ECU-Marshall: Marshall's game with East Carolina has been moved to Sept. 12. This game will mark the 50th anniversary of the Herd's 1970 plane crash. This game was originally slated for Aug. 29.

Charleston Southern (FCS - SC): Charleston Southern has moved its season to the spring. The Bucs had previously indicated they would try to play an abbreviated schedule this fall.

Kennesaw State (FCS - GA): The Owls have pushed their season to the spring.
