Florida State: Marshall safeties coach and recruiting coordinator Mike Treier is joining the FSU staff, reuniting with former Herd defensive coordinator Adam Fuller, tweets Grant Traylor of the Herald-Dispatch.

Indiana Wesleyan (NAIA): Indiana Wesleyan is in search of a restricted earnings defensive assistant with preference to candidates with defensive backs and/or strength experience. Seeking candidates who will embody the intentional Christian mission at IWU. Position comes with stipend and possible housing. App State: New head coach Shawn Clark has a five year deal. The dollars and the buyout structure are interesting.

Dallas Cowboys: Cowboys tight end Jason Witten said Friday he sees coaching in his immediate future at the NFL level, tweets David Moore of the Dallas Morning News. Barring a Giants upset of the Eagles, the Cowboys' season will end Sunday, tough Witten also said Friday he does not envision Sunday's game being his last.

Carolina Panthers: Former Packers head coach Mike McCarthy has interviewed for the head coaching job, per multiple outlets. McCarthy spent this past season out of coaching.

Virginia Tech: Kevin Cristello is joining the staff as assistant athletic director - chief of staff & football operations. Cristello joins the staff after spending the past season as chief of staff / director of football operations at Coastal Carolina.

Pikeville (NAIA - KY): University Of Pikeville is seeking applications for two positions - an offensive and defensive graduate assistant. Job Responsibilities include: coaching a position, uploading film to Hudl, making highlight films/graphics, using photoshop, helping with equipment, working with special teams, holding position meetings, assisting in recruiting, assisting with day-to-day special teams/offensive or defensive preparation and any other areas assigned by the Head Coach or Coordinator. Applicants must be able to work with students and possess strong interpersonal skills. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, accepted in the University of Pikeville Graduate School and previous participation in collegiate football and/or coaching experience is preferred. Graduate Assistant will be provided up to 9 hours of classes per semester (1 ½ years to complete masters), housing and a meal plan. Interested applicants should submit a completed University of Pikeville application, resume, three professional references, and a letter of interest online via this link. Review of applications will begin immediately and the position will be filled by January 7th, 2020.

Miami (FL): The program has now announced that offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach Dan Enos has been relieved of his duties.

Alfred State (D-III - NY):Alfred State College is seeking applicants for the full-time position of defensive coordinator. Interested candidates should send a resume, with references, and a cover letter to head coach Scott Linn at Linnsd@alfredstate.edu. No phone calls please.

Tampa Bay Bucs: Bruce Arians shared a glowing recommendation of his offensive coordinator Byron Leftwich for upcoming NFL head coaching openings to the Tampa Bay Times, sharing; "To me, for a young coach it’s who you hire. Who are going to hire? Are you going to run the offense? I think with the right people and the right GM and ownership [Byron]’s more than ready.

Pitt: Athletic director Heather Lyke shared with the Post-Gazette that she doesn't expect any staff changes this off season and how the continuity of Pat Narduzzi's coaching staff has been a priority for them heading into 2020. "The continuity of the coaching staff is critical. We’ve made that a very important focus and priority and we’re really thrilled to have our coaching staff back," and "We have a lot of potential. There is a tremendous opportunity next season. The schedule tees up pretty well. We’re excited about what’s to come next year."

USF: Daniel DaPrato, who had left Arkansas to go with Jeff Traylor to UTSA, now has a new job as special teams coordinator for Jeff Scott at USF.

Miami: While confirming Manny Diaz will return in 2020, the aftermath of Miami's awful bowl loss to Louisiana Tech left AD Blake James inadvertently starting a new tradition at The U.

Josh McDaniels: Albert Breer shared Thursday night on NBC Sports Boston's Arbella Early Edition that there are two jobs he believes McDaniels would leave the Patriots for - the Browns and the Panthers.

Atlanta Falcons: The team has announced that head coach Dan Quinn and GM Thomas Dimitroff will both return in 2020, and there will also be a coordinator change in Atlanta.

Miami (FL): Following their loss to Louisiana Tech last night, athletic director Blake James tweeted a statement of support for first-year head coach Manny Diaz, sharing that Diaz is "the right leader for our program but clearly changes are necessary and expected."

Pitt: Pat Narduzzi has a staff policy in place at Pitt that may have saved his coordinator’s life.

UNC Pembroke (D-II): UNC Pembroke is looking to hire a full-time defensive backs coach. The position will also have a large involvement in special teams. A master’s degree in the Physical Education field (P.E./Health/Recreation/Exercise Science/Sport Management, etc.) is required.
