Bill Ramseyer, long time football coach at Wilmington College (D-III - OH), passed away recently at the age of 84. As a member of a number of Hall of Fames including the NAIA Hall of Fame, he also coached at Bluffton College (D-III - OH) and started the football program at the University of Virginia at Wise (D-II). Ramseyer was also a National Football Foundation Hall of Fame nominee. Please join us in praying for his family.
UCF: Sources tell FootballScoop Gus Malzahn is bringing SJ Tuohy down to Orlando as part of his staff.
Louisville: Florida assistant director of player personnel David Cooper is leaving to join Louisville's staff as recruiting coordinator. Steve Wiltfong was among the first to report the news.

New Orleans: Former offensive lineman Zach Strief is returning to the team, this time as a coach. After three years doing Saints radio work, Strief is planning to join the staff as assistant offensive line coach.
Tennessee: Rodney Garner will make $550,000 in year one and $625,000 in year two of his contract David Ubben tweets.
Ole Miss: Defensive line grad assistant Marquise Watson has been promoted to player personnel analyst David Johnson shares. Johnson has more on the move here.
UCLA: Saturday we reported Chip Kelly was planning to hire Ryan Gunderson as his new quarterbacks coach. Today, they announced the hire.

Oregon: Kodi Look has been promoted from assistant director of football operations to director of football administration.
Texas: Saturday we reported Sark had targeted NC State director of player personnel Billy Glasscock for the same role at Texas. Today Bruce Feldman & Chip Brown are both reporting the deal is happening.

USC: The Trojans are finalizing the hire of LSU's Jeff Martin sources confirm to FootballScoop. Martin served as LSU's lead personnel analyst / player development.
Oregon State: Source tells FootballScoop former Arizona running backs coach AJ Steward is a strong candidate for that role at Oregon State.
Jacksonville Jaguars: Karim Kassam has been hired as senior vice president of football operations strategy. Kassam previously served as the analytics coordinator for the Pittsburgh Steelers, and has also served as director of baseball research for the Minnesota Twins.
South Carolina: Running backs coach Montario Hardesty's contract is for two years and worth $300k annually, David Cloninger tweets.
Neal Brown: The Mountaineers head coach and his wife seemed to have cracked a parenting cheat code we should recognize...and admire.
San Francisco 49ers: Vice president of player personnel Adam Peters has been promoted to assistant general manager. Peters has spent the past four years with the organization and was in the running for the Panthers GM vacancy this past off season.
Illinois: Nate McNeal is leaving Temple to join Bret Bielema's staff at Illinois sources tell FootballScoop.
Iowa State: Former Cyclone Deon Broomfield has been named safeties coach. Broomfield previously coached the corners at Indiana State (FCS).
New England Patriots: The Pats are expected to add Billy Yates to the staff in an unspecified role, according to ESPN's Mike Reiss. Yates was the Lions' assistant offensive line coach in 2020.
Louisiana: UL is seeking to hire a special teams grad assistant. Great opportunity to work with former FootballScoop Special Teams Coordinator of the Year Robbie Discher. Offensive or defensive backgrounds are both acceptable.
Weber State (FCS - UT): After an impressive rebuild from 2-10 to a top five FCS program, Jay Hill has signed a contract extension at Weber State.
Buffalo: Buffalo State (D-III - NY) offensive line coach / run game coordinator Mike Waring has joined the Buffalo staff in a defensive quality control role.
McPherson (NAIA - KS): McPherson has a wide receiver position open. Compensation is $12k, off campus housing & most meals or $16.4k & most meals. Interested applicants apply via this link.
Oregon: Assistant defensive line coach Winston DeLattiboudere is expected to join the Ducks staff as a defensive graduate assistant, Bruce Feldman tweets.
MidAmerica Nazarene (NAIA – KS): MNU has an opening for a full time Defensive Coordinator position. Primary responsibilities will be in game and practice preparation, coaching a position group, helping coach special teams, recruiting, academic success and administrative duties. Must have experience with Hudl, Google Docs. This is a 12-month paid position that includes benefits, you must have previous coaching experience and a four-year college degree. Los Angeles Rams: Offensive line coach Aaron Kromer and the Rams have “mutually parted ways” per a team spokesman.
The University of Mary (D-II - ND): University of Mary is looking to fill two graduate assistant coaching positions. The two available are outside linebackers coach and running backs coach. Candidates will be responsible for film editing/breakdown using HUDL, recruiting your own area, coaching your own position group, and any other duties assigned by the head coach and coordinators. Positions include a full tuition waiver, a stipend, and a meal plan of 75 meals per semester. The position start date with benefits will be May but participation for spring football and joint practices with other NSIC teams will begin immediately. UCF: Gus Malzahn is adding a SEC assistant and veteran defensive coordinator to his staff, per report.
Masters of Sports Administration: Upper Iowa’s MSA degree provides learners with the current theories, concepts, and learning models necessary to assume administrative, coaching and leadership roles in high school, higher education and sports business settings. The online degree is available with emphasis in Sports Management or Coaching & Leadership Education.
Colorado: Tyler Davis has joined the program as senior graphic designer.
UCF: Herb Hand, who recently joined Will Healy’s staff at Charlotte after a few seasons at Texas as co-offensive coordinator / offensive line coach, is heading to UCF as offensive line coach.
