Pac-12: They weren't scheduled to play this season, but now Cal and UCLA will play on Sunday. This Sunday.

SEC: The SEC has opened Dec. 19 as another game week to play re-scheduled games, the league announced today.

NCAA: The NCAA Division I Council on Friday dropped its full proposal on name, image and likeness rights for college athletes. We break it down here.

Gardner-Webb at Charlotte: This game has been canceled due to virus issues at Gardner-Webb. It was to be Gardner-Webb's only fall contest before playing a full season in the spring.

Pac-12: Utah-UCLA has been canceled, per multiple reports. Look for the Pac-12 to move Cal-UCLA to this weekend.

SEC: With four of its seven scheduled games sideline, the SEC will reportedly start being more proactive about moving games around.

Pac-12: Arizona State-Cal will not be played Saturday after an outbreak in Tempe that included Herm Edwards, but Cal could still play this weekend. More here.

Tennessee: Eight of Jeremy Pruitt's 10 assistants declined to take voluntary pay cuts that were mandatory for the remainder of Vols employees.

South Carolina: An update on the outlook and the potential cost of a change at South Carolina.

Pac-12 Error: A COVID testing error in the PAC-12 forced players to miss their game, only to find out they weren't actually exposed to the virus.

On the Line: First place Indiana, a divisional championship game and a conference title play-in game are all on the line this weekend.

COVID: A number of games scheduled for this weekend have been postponed in the past 24 hours, including Coastal Carolina at Troy, Rice at LA Tech and North Texas at UAB.

Concordia-Wisconsin (D-III): Concordia has a graduate assistant position open. This position will be responsible for coaching, recruiting, film break down, data entry and other duties as assigned (Specific coaching assignment will be determined by successful candidates strengths). Qualified candidates must have playing or coaching experience and be able to gain admittance to either the graduate program (S.P.A.H.E.) or (O.L.A.). This position includes a salary. All interested candidates should submit the following: Cover letter, resume, 3 references to Head Coach Greg Etter at greg.etter@cuw.edu. Review of candidates will begin immediately and continue until the position has been filled.

Games on Tonight: Three games on tonight, including a Big Ten tilt. FAU will play FIU (7p EST on CBSSN), Minnesota will face Iowa (7p EST on FS1), and East Carolina travels to Cincinnati (7:30pm EST on ESPN2).

North Texas: After their quarterbacks coach was arrested two days before the season opener, two GAs have stepped up to help run the QB room of the nation’s No. 2 offense.
