Former NFL assistant John Meyer has passed. Please join us in praying for his family. Meyer served as the linebackers coach for the Patriots (1969-72), Lions (1973-74) and Packers (1975-79) before becoming the defensive coordinator in Green Bay (1980-83).

Arizona-Utah: This game has been canceled and will not be made up, the second of its kind this week, due to COVID issues at Utah. Arizona and Washington worked on bumping up their Nov. 21 game to this weekend, per multiple reports, but could not make the logistics work.

Wisconsin: Paul Chryst returned to work yesterday following a 10-day quarantine, tweets ESPN's Olivia Dekker.

Florida Atlantic: FAU has added a Nov. 20 home game with UMass.

Charlotte vs. Middle Tennessee: This game has been postponed and the current intent is to reschedule the contest.

Louisiana Tech-North Texas: This game, originally scheduled for this Saturday, will instead be played Dec. 3. It will remain in Denton.

Austin Peay (FCS - TN): Chad Bumphis, who coached the wide receivers under Mark Hudspeth last year, will not be a part of Scotty Walden's staff.

FCS Playoffs: Here are the number of games you'll have to play in to be eligible for an at-large bid to this spring's playoffs.

UTSA vs. Rice: The Road Runners vs. Owls game has been postponed due to COVID-19 related issues within the UTSA program, Matt Murschel tweets.

Under Armour All-American Game: The high school showcase annually held in Orlando has been cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns.

Lycoming (D-III - PA): Lycoming College is seeking applications for both a Full-time Assistant Football Coach and a Part-Time Assistant Football Coach. The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to coaching (60%); assisting the Head Coach with organizing and executing practices, conditioning programs and competitive events. Knowing and abiding by the NCAA Division III regulations and the Middle Atlantic States Athletic Conference rules. These positions also play a part in Recruiting (30%). Required experience and qualifications including having a bachelor’s degree. College level coaching and playing experience is preferred. Candidates much be good in interpersonal telecommunication skills, public relations and student recruiting. Games on Tonight: We've got three college football games tonight, including a doozy in the late night game (so get a nap in today if you can). First up, Miami takes on NC State at 7:30pm EST on ESPN. At 9pm EST, San Jose State will kick off against San Diego State on ESPN, and at 9:45pm EST two top 25 teams face off in BYU at Boise State on Fox Sports 1.
