Georgia: Georgia has confirmed Scott Cochran's hiring as special teams coordinator. What Kirby and Nick had to say about it.

LSU: Back in early February Ed Orgeron shared that director of player development Kevin Faulk would be promoted in the event that running backs coach Tommie Robinson were to leave. With Robinson off to Texas A&M, Bruce Feldman tweets Faulk will fill the vacated role.

Texas A&M: LSU running backs coach Tommie Robinson is joining Jimbo’s staff in the same capacity, Billy Liucci tweets.

New York Giants: Amos Jones is joining the staff from the Tampa Bay Bucs as an assistant to head coach Joe Judge in a game-management capacity, according to the New York Daily News. Jones coached at Mississippi State while Judge played for the Bulldogs.

Michigan State: Colorado director of quality control / offense is expected to be the running backs coach at Mel Tucker's staff, Bruce Feldman tweets.

Georgia: Kirby Smart is targeting Alabama strength coach Scott Cochran for an on-field coaching job on the UGA staff, per report.

Northwestern State (FCS - LA): Jalen Rhodes, an offensive graduate assistant at Concordia Ann Arbor (NAIA - MI), has joined the staff as an offensive graduate assistant, per source.

Colorado State: Colorado State has hired Jessica Stinger as director of recruiting, sources tell FootballScoop. Stinger most recently served as the director of on-campus recruiting at Nebraska with previous stops at Middle Tennessee, Indiana and the Indianapolis Colts.

Syracuse: Former quarterbacks coach Kirk Martin, who previously coached with the program in 2018 has been hired as the head coach at Colleyville Heritage HS (TX). Martin previously spent 12 seasons at Manvel, compiling a 108-25 record.

New York Giants: Ryan Gones and Donnie Etheridge, both area scouts with around 20 years with the team, have been released, according to Neil Stratton.

Highest-Paid Coaches: The highest-paid defensive backs coaches in college football.

New Orleans Saints: After losing Mike Nolan to the Cowboys, the Saints plan to elevate assistant linebackers coach Michael Hodges to linebackers coach, according to Dan Hatman.

Cincinnati: Greg Scruggs is being promoted from director of player development to defensive line coach, Pete Thamel tweets.

Muskingum (D-III - OH): Muskingum University, D3 in the OAC located in New Concord, OH is looking for a full time offensive line coach with strength duties. Please send resume with references to HC Erik Ieuter at eieuter@muskingum.edu.

Muhlenberg (D-III - PA): Muhlenberg College has an immediate opening for a defensive coach. Defensive line or linebackers preferred. This is an entry level position. Muhlenberg is a highly selective college located in Allentown, PA and is 24-3 in the last two seasons.

Seattle Seahawks: Eliot Wolf and Alonzo Highsmith have joined the organization as consultants during the draft process. Wolf previously served as an assistant GM with the Browns and Highsmith worked in Cleveland as well as the VP of player personnel.

East Carolina: Steve Ellis has joined the staff as defensive backs coach, source tells FootballScoop. Ellis previously coached defensive backs at Middle Tennessee and South Florida.

South Florida: Brent Stockstill, the former Middle Tennessee quarterback who served as an offensive player personnel assistant last season at FAU, has joined Jeff Scott's staff at USF, source tells FootballScoop. Young man with a bright future.

Judson (NAIA - IL): Judson University is looking for position coaches on offense and defense. Salary is $12,000 / year with housing and meals provided. Prior college coaching and recruiting experience is a must. Judson University is a Private Christian University. Minnesota Vikings: Former Arkansas graduate assistant, and recent Western Carolina (FCS) hire Imarjaye Albury has joined the organization as assistant defensive line coach.

Abilene Christian (FCS - TX): Kansas graduate assistant Cody Scribner has been hired to coach the defensive line.

Penn State: Buffalo offensive graduate assistant Wendy Laurent has accepted an offensive graduate position with the Nittany Lions, per 247.

Baylor: Penn State special teams analyst and analytics coordinator Aman Anand has left to become a special teams analyst on Dave Aranda's Baylor staff, per 247.

Louisiana-Lafayette: Robby Discher, who previously served as the special teams coach at Toledo, has accepted the same position at ULL, Pete Thamel tweets. We can confirm the move.

Mercer (FCS - GA): Mercer is looking for an immediate opening for a Defensive Assistant position. This is strictly a VOLUNTEER position; there is NO compensation, housing OR benefits. Position includes, but is not limited to: assisting with a position on the field and in the meeting room, video editing/coordinating, film sharing, manage and direct scout team, weekly data input, weekly analytics, on-campus recruiting assistance and other duties assigned by the head coach. Ideal candidates must have high energy, be self-motivated, be highly-organized, a proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other computer skills. Benedict (D-II - SC): Benedict College has an immediate opening for a Wide Receiver Coach. Salary is $22K. Housing is NOT included. This is a 12 Month position and starts IMMEDIATELY. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: recruiting, on-field coaching, data analytics, scouting, practice preparation, and assisting the head football coach in all areas of program administration. Coaches with STRONG computer skills with graphics background and Social Media Saavy with prior experience coaching WRs are encouraged to apply.
