Presbyterian (FCS - SC): Presbyterian, an Independent, has announced it will not play scheduled games against Morehead State (Sept. 3), Johnson C. Smith (Sept. 12), UVa-Wise (Sept. 19), Stetson (Oct. 3), Merrimack (Nov. 14) and UVa-Lynchburg (Nov. 21).

Missouri Valley (FCS): The MVFC put out a statement this afternoon saying it will delay a decision on playing this season "as long as there remains a possibility to provide a safe competitive opportunity for MVFC student-athletes."

Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (D-II): The Northern Sun has delayed the start of fall practice to Sept. 2 and the start of competition to Sept. 26.

Pioneer Football League (FCS): The Pioneer has announced that it will play a conference-only season beginning no earlier than Sept. 26 if it plays football at all this season.

Great Lakes Athletic Conference (D-II): The GLIAC has announced that they intend to move forward with a conference-only model for fall sports.

Midwest Conference (D-III): The league announced today that they're suspending league competition through Dec. 31, and add in their release that "engagement in limited non-conference competition remains at the discretion of individual institutions." MWC programs include St. Norbert, Lake Forest, Ripon, Macalester, Beloit, Lawrence, Monmouth, University of Chicago, Illinois College, Cornell College, Knox College, and Grinnel College.

Monmouth (FCS - NJ): Monmouth announced today it will not compete in fall sports. The Hawks made the decision after the non-football MAAC canceled all fall sports; MU competes in the Big South in football. They are the second Big South school to sit out this season, joining Hampton.

West Virginia: The Mountaineers will be going with a coordinator by committee approach this fall. Read more here.

College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsins (D-III): The CCIW has announced that they will postpone all fall conference competition and championships and plan to try and play in the spring. The CCIW consists of Augustana, Carroll (WI), Carthage, Elmhurst, Illinois Wesleyan, Millikin, defending national champions North Central, North Park, and Wheaton.

Great Lakes Valley Conference (D-II): Per source, the GLVC will announce today that they are moving football to the spring. The GLVC includes Lindenwood, Indianapolis, Truman State, Missouri S&T, McKendree, Quincy, Southwest Baptist, and William Jewell. Update: This is now official.

Nevada: Delta State (D-II - MS) defensive line coach Chance Alberswerth has left to take a defensive line graduate assistant job, per source.

Midwestern State (D-II - TX): Midwestern State University is currently seeking a Wide Receivers graduate assistant football coach for the upcoming fall season. The position includes a stipend, housing, and tuition assistance for graduate school. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (D-III): The HCAC has announced this morning that they have unanimously voted to move high contact risk sports including football to the spring. HCAC football schools include schools from Indiana and Ohio including; Anderson, Bluffton, Defiance, Franklin, Hanover, Manchester, Mount St. Joe, and Rose Hulman. Earlham, another conference football member, decided back in November that they would not field a team in 2020 as they conduct a review of the program.

Ave Maria (NAIA - FL): Ave Maria has an opening for a full-time defensive assistant coach who would also serve as Special Teams Coordinator. Ave Maria is a Catholic University in southwest Florida. Interested applicants should apply using this link.

NCAA: On Friday, the NCAA decided to take no action on fall championships.

Grand Valley State (D-II - MI): The Lakers have announced the additions of offensive line coach / run game coordinator Scott Wooster, and new running backs coach Ryan Olson. We previously reported Wooster's addition to the staff back on July 9th and he joins the staff after over a decade at Wayne State (D-II - MI), and Olson spent the past few seasons at Quincy (D-II - IL) as wide receivers coach / passing game coordinator and was a graduate assistant at Eastern Michigan prior to that.
