Northern Illinois: Dan Jackson has been hired in a role that will be determined later.

Arizona: Former USC defensive backs coach Greg Burns has been announced as the new defensive backs coach at Arizona.

Kentucky: Greg Manusky, who spent the past few seasons as the defensive coordinator for the Redskins and has been coaching in the NFL since 2001, has joined the program in a quality control role. Manusky has previously coordinated defenses for the 49ers, Chargers, and Colts.

Strength Coaches: Indiana has announced Aaron Wellman as its new strength coach, and may have just reset the market in the process.

Kansas State: K-State has formally announced Steve Stanard as the Wildcats' new linebackers coach.

Offensive Line Coaches: O-line coaches are starting to get more shots at the big chair, at long last. "I learned how to be a head coach by coaching the offensive line."

Benedict College (D-II - SC): Georgia Military College (JC) wide receivers coach Eric Miller has joined the staff as receivers coach, per source.

Tuskegee (D-II - AL): Tuskegee University has hired Tremaine Tyler-Frazier as their defensive backs coach, per source. Tyler-Frazier previously coached the same position at Georgia Military College (JC).

Pace (D-II - NY): AJ Woolley is the new offensive line coach for the program, per source. Woolley previously served as a graduate assistant offensive line coach at Sam Houston State (FCS - TX) and prior to that was the tight ends coach at UT-Permian Basin (D-II - TX).

Reedley (JC - CA): Reedley College has a part time coaching teaching position available on the offensive side of the ball. Looking for an OL Coach preferably, but will also consider a WRs or QBs coach. Candidates MUST have a master’s degree in Kinesiology, Physical Education, Exercise Science, or Education with an Emphasis in Physical Education. Total compensation with classes and coaching stipends will be about 25,000-30,000 annually depending on experience. Eastern Kentucky (FCS): Eastern Kentucky University is seeking a paid recruiting intern. Preference will be given to those with experience in a college football recruiting office and/or experience with Adobe software. Valdosta State (D-II - GA): Valdosta State University is seeking applicants for an assistant football coach / defensive line coach. This position is a full-time position with benefits. Duties consist of coaching their own position, recruitment, and other duties assigned by the head coach. Review of applicants will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled. Samford (FCS - AL): Nick Benedetto has now officially joined the staff as defensive coordinator.

Dakota Wesleyan (NAIA - SD): Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell, SD is seeking a full-time assistant football coach, serving as the Offensive Coordinator. This is a 12-month staff position that includes benefits. Compensation based on experience. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist the head coach with all aspects of the football program, managing the offensive staff, full-time recruiting area, academic monitoring responsibilities, special teams assignment, assisting with community service and fundraising. Qualified applicants would ideally have a Master’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years of college coaching experience on the offensive side of the ball, preferably offensive line.
