Former Bettendorf HS (IA) offensive coordinator, Tom Freeman, passed away recently after an extended illness. He coached in Indiana, Iowa, and Florida for 53 years and won 6 state championships. Please join us in praying for his family.

Indiana: Per source, corners coach Brandon Shelby has added the title of assistant head coach.

Louisiana-Monroe: Hawaii co-offensive coordinator / inside receivers coach Tony Hull has joined the staff as receivers coach.

ESPN+: Eli Manning is getting his own show on ESPN+ modeled after Peyton's Places but focused on College Football's story.

Muskingum (D-III - OH): Muskingum has a restricted earnings linebacker position open. $15K, housing and meals. Interested candidates please email your resume to Head Coach Erik Ieuter at eieuter@muskingum.edu.

Coffeyville CC (JC - KS): Coffeyville CC has an immediate opening for an assistant Defensive Backs Coach. The position includes housing, meals, and health insurance. Salary will be earned through working in the dorms. College playing and or coaching experience in the secondary is preferred. Must have some experience with Hudl and Microsoft Excel. New York Giants: Kyle O'Brien has been announced in the newly created position of senior personnel executive. O'Brien spent last season working with the Detroit Lions.

Dean College (D-III - MA): Dean College invites applications for the position of Offensive Coordinator. This is a full-time 12-month position with benefits. You will report directly to the Head Football Coach. Duties include coordination of the offense, coaching a position, recruiting full-time and to manage the equipment room for the football program during the fall semester. Salary is competitive. Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 3-years of collegiate coaching and recruiting experience. Candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills. Webber International (NAIA - FL): Webber International University is currently hiring a wide receivers coach. The full time position pays 18K with full benefits but no housing and no meals. Utah: Chad Bumphis has now been formally announced as wide receivers coach.

Bob Stoops: The former Oklahoma head coach has been tabbed to step into the role vacated by Urban Meyer on the Fox set.

Indiana: Tom Allen has earned a school-record contract extension.

Central Michigan: To fill his wide receivers job, Jim McElwain is hiring an FCS assistant who is entering their second week of the season, per source.

Minnesota-Duluth (D-II): The University of Minnesota Duluth is seeking a Defensive Assistant working in the secondary. Secondary coaching experience preferred. This is a coaching intern position. Tennessee: Jake Dawson, who previously served as a defensive assistant for the Vols, has joined the Powell HS (TN) staff as safeties coach.

Knox College (D-III - IL): Knox College invites applications for the position of Defensive Assistant Football Coach (Intern). This is a 10-month, non-benefits eligible position reporting to the Head Football Coach. Anticipated start date is March 29, 2021. The salary range for this position is competitive. The successful candidate will have a focus on supporting student-athlete success and developing a competitive NCAA Division III program. Louisiana Tech: Per source, El Dorado HS (AR) safeties coach Darryl Lewis will join the staff as a defensive graduate assistant. Lewis played his college ball for Louisiana Tech.

Oberlin (D-III - OH): The Oberlin College Department of Athletics invites applications for the position of intern Assistant Football Coach | Defensive Backs. This is a 10 month contract that pays 10k and includes housing and meals. A position within Residence Life is a responsibility for the incumbent. This position would report directly to the Head Football Coach and work with the Delta Lodge Director of Athletics and Physical Education. The appointed applicant would coach their own position group and be responsible for a recruiting area within a highly selective, nationally recognized academic institution. Bachelors degree required with relevant competent and competitive experience; collegiate playing experience preferred. Solid administrative skills and the ability to motivate staff and student-athletes to achieve collegiate academic and athletic goals; excellent communication skills. LSU: Joe Alleva, the LSU athletic director at the time, recommended firing Les Miles amid concerns back in 2013.

Midland (NAIA - NE): Midland has hired Ross Dzuris as defensive line coach / recruiting coordinator. Dzuris previously worked as a graduate assistant at Midland in 2018-19 and coached at the high school level in 2020.
